The physique isnt all that impressive. Had a long lay off due to a shoulder issue so body comp took a nice hit.
The wait won't be long because I'll sack up and post some pics when 2015 starts.

I have nothing to hide so here's what I'm currently working with.
Completely supp free other than a preWO so I'm 100% natty.

This log is really on a higher level now! It's all in a new visual perspective now so your followers get a whole new dimension to the journey. Definitely post progress pics as you go it really polishes off a good log IMO & this will only further motivate you.

Agree and I'll be posting progress pics biweekly or monthy once 2015 starts up.

I've never really understood logs without progress pics because all of us just reading are left hanging wondering if it's a legit log or just a troll looking for views. Lol

Killing it is the only option and I won't settle for less.

Always start my day off with 30g fats usually 20g CO 10g MCT or 15-15.

Very easy to over eat though so I always track what I'm using.
A nice quick treat is 10g CO melted in your mouth then toss 15-20g protein powder in there too. Turns out to be a nice rich or sweet taste with that needs no clean up at all.
Same with butter but I haven't been using that much lately.
