This is going to be a little different than the regular I workout and take this log, so get ready for lots of pics and random shit in here hence the LIFE log.
Today is a good day to start this because I have a doctors appointment where I'll be seeing about having a ton of blood work done because I've just been feeling off for the past several months and I've had Low T since 2011 or more because that was the first time I ever had it checked. I'm 29 now and my last test in April showed low levels again so TRT/HRT might be in my future.
Quick backstory is I grew up a good sized kid then about the age of 12 I started to get fat and never looked back until 10yrs pasted and I was 330+ Pounds.
Started lifting and eating right at 22-23 and lost 130lbs in 12-18 months of nothing but hard work and clean eating. Now I'm currently 195 and have kept off all the weight for 6-7yrs and won't ever allow myself to be OBEAST ever again.
I'm a Low Carb guy that either backloads my carbs postWO or I have a weekly refeed. I'm currently running a modded for more volume 531 program right now and so far so good.
I'll be headed to the doctor shortly so stay tuned for more on how that goes.

He said he'd test TEST and estrogen and a few other things but not what I had listed just to take a look at things first. I told him I wasn't looking to get on TRT thats why I wanted so much looked and since I sometimes snore and don't sleep good he might look into that because I also have night sweats and a few other things that's on every other checklist.
I'll go see him next Wednesday to go over it and go from there. If at that time things look bleak all ask for him to test everything on my list.
So until next Wednesday I'll have no new info.
Now I'm hungry.... What to eat???

Lately I've scaled it back and Have been on a sushi or Mexican food kick.
Other than donuts I keep all my carbs gluten free and that really help with joint pain and inflammation plus GF carbs seem to drop off quicker the next week.

Right now I'm just eating pork, linguica, and a ton of veggies but it still looks killer.
Plus linguica and veggies
And that's dinner during the week for the past month or so.

I'll be smashing plate after plate of LC food this foming Friday.
Since I don't drink I'm Thinking about drinking 2 Potion 9s at the party to get my groove on. Lol
Any of you guys try Potion 9s out before?
Since I'm staying LC I might have to stop my my favorite donut shop and grab a do on or so on Saturday.

Lol Potion 9 isn't a alcoholic drink, it's a mood enhancer that you drink. Google Potion 9x and you'll see what I mean.
I've used them a couple times and it's legit. Some guys say it's Molly lite. All I know is I feel great on them and my sex game is on another level too.
Crazy strong erections and lasting power like no other.
1 shot works good but 2 shots is where it's at and since I no longer drink I use them in social settings to loosen up while everyone else is drinking.
Sucks being the sober guy now when everyone knows you as a drinker/partier.

Did 20min on the Airdyne to get the legs/hips loose, warm, and a little pumped then Hit squats with my SSB for serveral sets and lots of rep with 225 to really hit the quads then I did several more set focusing on the hammies, glutes, and inner thighs. Pump was sick then did 10 more minutes on the Airdyne to work it all out.
For kicks and since I had plenty of pep in my step I hit a quick bro session of Bis, Tris, forearms, and delts. Again the pump was great and then I went straight to prepping dinner.
1.5lbs of pork, shitload of veggies, linguica and ate a spoonful of coconut oil for fats.
Body comp is coming along slowly week by week and I'm supp free right now other than UOJ preWO. Like to be completely natty for bloods and depending on what I find out next Wednesday will determine what I do here in the next few weeks.
I have a product called Epic Gainz to run for 60 days because the trial reviews seemed to good to be true and I want to see if it's legit so I picked up two bottles to run and log here and a few other forums to share my view on a Epicatechin in super juice.
If it's happens to work I'll run if solo for 8 weeks if not I'll start up a cycle of Trest stacked with Epi AndroHard for 6 weeks then M1-TO stacked with Ultra-Stano 6 weeks then PCT or another 4 weeks of a Stano product solo then PCT.
Really looking forward to the new year to see what I can accomplish in 2015 and beyond.

1 lb of pork? Yikes. I do like the refeeds though. Been there with the 1000 grams of carbs. So much belly pain. I'll have to start logging again.
Oh and sub'd in on this log.
1lb on off days 1.5lbs on training days.
I vary my cals based on daily output and feel. Some off days I eat more than training days just because my body says EAT!!!
When you keep it LC is hard to really screw if up a long as you keep it LC if not things can go bad quick.
