lost 2 lbs from last weeks weigh in
and I'm incredibly starving this morning
not sure how long i'll manage with this whole skipping breakfast protocol
scope, so would this look like an okay meal plan..
upon waking 10-15g isolate, 2-3 tbs mct oil, 3 scoops amino energy (Caffeine, plus my iso is unflavored, this makes it tolerable)
60-90m later- 5-6 slices thick bacon, 2-3 whole omega-3 eggs
then.. 5-6oz turkey, 1/4-1/2c nuts
then.. 3-4whole eggs w/ 5-6oz grass fed gr- beef, nice and fatty 85/15
then.. 6-8 oz cod with some olive oil/nuts
SPINACH with 1-2 of previous meals.
then preworkout of 30g isolate, 2-3tbs MCT oil, also with flavored aminos to make tolerable
intra of 15-20g isolate w/ aminos
PWO 70g vitargo 50g isolate
then feast on remainder of pizza from yesterday, a Tokyo joes bowl, maybe some cream of rice..
my concern is the first half of the dya, is that enough? could I do without one of those meals you think?
tu and th. I train 6am.. so wake 530, get up and ready, train 100% fasted, then pwo 50g iso 30-35g vitargy.. then how long before I start eating my fat/pro after my pwo shake?
