today trained fasted at like 1pm.. first meal was at 6pm lol..

1lb prime rib.. nice and fatty.. w/ broccoli and asparagus drowned in butter..

might have some eggs and sausage before bed.. not really in any kind of "Caring" mode during prep.. just keeping the fat high and eating when hungry..

first carb load is coming up sooner than later..my energy levels are great, this means that I'm probably fully operating off fat for energy..i might even be ready for carbs already.

That steak meal sounds amazing!

Can't wait to hear what your first carb meal will be.

Be strong and do the whole 10 day prep so there's no doubt you'll be fat adapted and ready for some CONTROLED BACKLOADS.

tonight it begins..

1 bacon burger w/ onion rings

and either cream of rice OR cereal..

not sure which of those i'll go with.. so all in all, not too bad, plus I only had 2 fat meals earlier..

I vote cereal since I never had cream of rice. But if you have oatmeal, I vote for that!

Cream of rice is killer.
Dope it up with some maple syrup and its game over.

Almond butter >>>>>>>>> peanut butter although I love all nut butters.

I wish AB was cheaper.

Cheap Almond Butter
Buy bulk almonds and toss them in a blender or food processor.
