Well boys its m sten time... stuff technically not on the banned list so no rules broken here....about to get fun. It will be interesting to see how this stuff does on a cut.

M-sten is pretty well rounded. I used it on a short cut once for a sponsored log. I love the stuff, but started to get lethargic as all hell by the end of 4 weeks. You running any injectables with it?

M-sten is a great one. I wish I had money to get some before everything is banned, but I'm poorer than poor at the moment lol.

 

It had my strength and endurance up when I ran it. Like I said before, the only downside was some lethargy that crept in at the end. I ran it on 20mg a day I believe and don't know that I would have run any higher. You will enjoy tremendously I think. Seems like you got everything lined up so you should have no problem hitting your goals man.

Yea Ill keep it at 20mg...no need to go any higher. If I get stronger and increase vascularity I'm happy. Hoping to drop some fat as well, but that will be more diet dependent.

Workout sucked ass today. Not even gonna post it....The energy was there, so I don't know what my deal was...Hoping to get that alpha feeling again. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

We all have good and bad sessions and without the bad ones we'd never know how good a really sick session is.
That's just a positive way to look at a negative situation.

Today was much better....Killed my wheels. Short on time so ill just jot down the basics.

 

5 sets squats

4 sets RDL's

3 sets Leg press

2 sets leg extension

2 sets leg curls

 

3 sets of 30 sit-ups

Diet has still been on point. Usually I would be done with my diet by now..But this time I'm sticking with it....Usually eat 8-10 eggs a day...Half being egg whites. I went to the store yesterday and bought some liquid egg whites as well as another bag of chicken breast. I will grill another bag tonight to last me the week. My protein been right around 180-200 grams daily. Continuing to look better according to the mirror, but still far from where I wanna be. I look a hell of a lot better than I did i my first pic I posted though. Updates will be within the next week or so.
