I love hemoval.  recently stocked up on it from a deal going on else where.  Good pump product for sure.  Tangy tangerine is the goods.

Reviews on it are money....Its said to deliver some pretty impressive pumps....Ill give that Tangy tangerine a try....thanks trip.

I got a rare Saturday morning lifting sesh in.There was only one other chick lifting, so I thought I'd take advantage of basically having the gym to myself. There is really only 1-2 good areas to deadlift so I thought it be the perfect time for some deads.

Also decided to throw in some sumo deads. I don't do them often, but I'm always sore as fuck for several days. They seem to target my hamstrings better then regular. Usually I'll do sumos when my deads have stalled but I threw them in today for the hell of it.

Pretty simple, in and out in 45 minutes.

Deads
225 x 12
245x 10
275 x 10
295 x 8
225 x 12

Sumo's
I just put on 215 and did 3 sets to failure.

Side note : did a lot more stretching before deads this time around... hopefully that was part of the reason my lower back was sore last time.

P.S...Ben Rice has a great video on sumo's if anyone is interested in trying them. I don't hear to many people talk about them, but they work great.

Still plugin away... Strength has somewhat took a hit this past week, but I'd be lying if I said wasn't expecting it. The midsection is coming along but slowly, vascularity in my shoulders/traps continue to improve weekly. I'm hoping soon it carries over to the core. Arms are commimg along too.

Gonna do some cardio tonight More than likely stairs. I have access to 4 levels of stairs so I'm gonna crush that and hit some abs.

Looking forward to starting clen in 2 weeks. Should definitely give me a nice boost. Will more then likely run it 10 on 10 off then repeate.

Got in and out pretty quick today, as usual weightroom was pretty quiet as it is most Saturday mornings. To many guys sleeping of Friday nights hangover I guess. Fine by me.

Strength really hasn't fallen off to much during pct... Starting to feel pretty good again.
