You must be doing it wrong. Lol

I eat less than 15-20g carbs but all those carbs are from veggies. Up your fiber because that will get shit straightened out and fiber won't spike insulin keeping you in ketosis.

If that doesn't take care of it look into some natural calm and slam a bottle to clean out your gut then get on some digestive enzymes and stay on them.

I will assume water intake is higher than before you went keto, less carbs more protein will mildly dehydrate at first. I would go get some psyllium seed powder or husk. Mix 1-2 tbsp prior to bed with some crystal light and slam it, the colder the water the better it tastes. Then pick up some cheap magnesium tabs. I grabbed 100 tabs for 2.19. Take on prior to bed. This should have you regular as rain in the morning.

What Coltzy and Bigflex have said is good advice.

Any time I cut back carbs (and increase healthy fat), I drink at least a gallon of water a day (at minimum body weight X 0.7 - ounces of water) .  The carbs I eat are fibrous (celery, broccoli, etc) with as few processed carbs at possible.

Also, a Metamucil-like (psyllium-based) supplement should (IMO) be part of every Keto diet.

This thread makes me want to go crap right now!!!

Some good ideas here and if you are still plugged get some of that Smooth Move tea.  My girl and I each drank 2 cups one day... bad idea!  We only have one bathroom and they hit us at the same time...  Almost had to sit on her lap while she was still on the toilet

I just got done taking a nice shit and all I ate last night was meat and coconut butter.
The fiber content of coconut butter works great to keep you regular without having to take some nasty/fake ass supps.

I like the magnesium as it also helps you sleep a bit better and is a mild muscle relaxer. As to that smooth move tea I would only use that occasionally. It contains senna and is a "stimulant laxative." Senna irritates the colon and this stimulates peristalsis. Using this too often can result in a level of dependence on them to have bowel movements.

Eat a quest bar bro.
2-4g net carbs and has half the optimal fiber amount for someone eating nearly 3500kcals

Thanks everyone for the help...been ok since i added MCT oil back to my diet.
I'll be adding more fiber to my diet also, just was overly cautious of not getting too much carbs i guess.
Now that i know what can happen in worst case i sure as hell won't go back to near zero carb diet lol.
Word of caution, if anyone ever has to go through what i did use a rubber clove...😒

Actually that's exactly what I'm doing at the moment.
Big bowl of kale salad with olive oil, garlic and apple cider vinegar.

If you're still having issues google "colonix". It's a fiber sub, mix it with water, chug it, then chug more water.

Take it in the AM.

In a day you will be dominating the ever-living shit (no pun intended) out of your toilet.
