Whoa... I just totally scored in the wallet gainz department.

I've been using Dymatize protein for awhile now, and I like it... It's the cheapest decent protein I can find locally, as well. $36.99+ tax for a 4lb tub at Vitamin Shoppe...

Nutraplanet just so happened to have muh shit on sale for $24.87 + 7.95 flat rate shipping, so I ordered 6 tubs. 24lbs of protein for $157. Total savings of like $80 over what I would have paid otherwise.

+$80 to spend on other cool things, ya know, like... MEAT, and... HOOKERS. I basically just scored 8 free supermodel status hookers in Nicaragua right there. Can't beat that...

Since we're on the topic of Chris Benoit's escapades in thriftiness, what y'all mafuggaz know about eBay bucks? I've been buying crap for my job on my personal eBay account instead of theirs, and stacking up mad eBay bucks. Cashed that crap in on the 1st, ordered myself a free pair of black monochrome Chucks for squatting, some sweet cargo sweatpants to workout in, and a new bottle of Versace Eros to keep the hoodrats bobbing on the ol' horn.

Anyway...

Upped the Trest to 50mg today, Epi to 30, and DMZ to 30. Nothing to report on that end.

I am, however, sore as hell from the last few workouts. My tits, shoulders, triceps, and thighs could all use a good rubbing if any of ya brahs happen to be in the area...

Hell yeah, dude. $25 for 4lbs of protein? I feel like I got a shotty up in someone's grill to get a deal like that.

Resting from the gym for a few days. Heading back in on Tuesday to slay my back. Stoked to hammer out some deads and rows...

Anyway... Back to the log status.

I can't believe how sore I still am from my Friday chest session. Legs are jacked, too. Can barely even walk. Hobblin' around like a pheg that just got worked. Hopin' them "supplements" kick in soon and start reducing recovery time a little bit.

Little taste of how my diet was today:

Breakfast:

1.5 cups whole oats

1 banana

4oz nonfat greek yogurt

20oz skim milk

3/4 scoop whey isolate, 3/4 scoop casein (I usually have 4 or so whole eggs for breakfast, but I've been so sick of eating goddamn eggs lately I've just been having yogurt and some whey instead... Will move back to eggs here in a few days).

Snack:

1 banana

3/4 scoop whey isolate

3/4 scoop casein

A buncha triscuits

Lunch:

1 cup(dry) long grain white rice

3 tilapia fillets (light chipotle seasoning and pan fried in olive oil)

16oz skim milk

No veggies... I'm outta veggies. Gotta go shopping tonight.

Snack: (haven't eaten yet, but it's prepared and sittin' next to me)

Tuna sandwich - 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 can tuna, spoonful of Smart Balance Omega 3 "mayo."

Dinner 1:

6-8oz grilled chicken tenderloins

1 large mashed sweet potato

1 slice whole wheat bread

16oz skim milk

Dinner 2:

Not sure yet... Maybe something crappy like 1/2 stuffed crust Digiorno?

Bedtime snack:

16oz skim milk

2 scoops casein

So, yeah, that's that. I'm not gonna bother throwing down what I eat daily, it's almost always something pretty close to that, swap around meats and carb sources tho so I don't get bored. I try to keep it at 7 "meals" daily with as close to 40 grams of protein per feasting session as possible.

Shit. I was just playing "follow the homo leader"...
Looked at protein but too many people say it's chalky and doesn't mix well...the one reason I truly love ON. Mixes instantly.

I've heard a lot of people say that it's "chalky and doesn't mix well," too. I use it in a shaker with a mixer ball and have never had any issues with it not mixing. Not sure as far as the chalkiness goes, tastes good to me.. The fudge brownie actually tastes like... Fudge brownie. Lol

"follow the homo leader" lol. I'm not sure on the elite xt (although at that price I don't even care) but that strawberry blast 100% whey is probably in my top 3 protein powders texture, decent price, taste, profile and mix ability is gr8...dymatize is pretty fawkn legit imo can't wait to try this one
