Just wondering if anybody has any comments about egg prep, for the sake of keeping it simple, lets not talk about cooking sprays vs oils/butter in the pans, just the eggs. ;-)

Well, I did say fried or micro, so they would already be cracked:

But there is a boiler, hard or soft, that doesnt make the shells crack:

I microwave 6 egg whites and one whole egg every morning (scrambled of course). After about 90 seconds...take it out and stir. Another 30 seconds and stir. Then put it in for the last time until finished...stir and eat. The key is stirring ....they will cake up and get rubbery if you don't.

Interesting.  Has never even crossed my mind to microwave eggs before.  I imagine one does this for time saving purposes?

I have mine boiled, almost, every morning. I try to eat 3 full eggs, and 3 with just the whites. Best of both worlds, and easy to get down. #gains

Microwaved eggs sound gross.

I prefer scrambled, but there's really no wrong way to eat your eggs. Scramble them up with some virgin coconut oil for some extra calories if you're bulking.

Breakfast of champs:

1/2 cup steel cut oats

1/4 pure maple syrup

4 XL cage free organic eggs

4 pieces of bacon

Comes out to around 1.2k calories... Throw in 2 cups of grass fed organic whole milk for some test boosting saturated fat, and a good amount of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).

I even drizzle maple syrup on my eggs/bacon since eggs don't taste like anything, really.

I'm a big advocate of 4-6 large or xl eggs, scrambled in a non stick pan with extra virgin olive oil. Some wheat of ezekial toast and a glass of oj, and ketchup on the eggs.

Tried putting ketchup on my eggs one morning... it was awful for me, but to each their own. I like the Canadian's style of eggs with maple syrup. Try it sometime, maybe you'll dislike it as much as I dislike eggs with ketchup :) haha

Omg those are fawkn cool!! I gota buy them asap I'm mad sick of old school style pan frying my eggs. I actually buy these pre boiled eggs a lot that come 4 in a bag for a little under $2 bc I get so sick of cooking them all the time lol.
I wonder if microwaving them makes them lose any nutritional value like I've heard it might do to other things??

Yes, and a lot of times I'm in a hotel on business. Sometimes stuck with just a fridge and microwave in my room..

Fuck it, maple syrup was made for everything, including intercourse.

Microwave eggs stink and taste like rubber. I just drink them without cooking. Usually blend them in shakes with oats and cinamon.

I do 6 eggs every morning (3 whites, 3 whole) fried on a skillet with two pieces of hash browns. Never gets old and always tastes great.

When I microwave I crack one in a mug with 1/2 cup water and it poaches it. Still a bit rubbery but pretty good. Microwave there is always a 10% chance of explosion!

Still prefer whole eggs on the cast iron pan: fried, scrambled, and raw in a protein shake. Try to stick to the fresh ones my chickens lay, but they are stingy in the winter.

Costco sells liquid egg whites by the case. I buy multiple cases at a time, drink a carton every morning with a little Torani flavorer, then eat a bowl of cereal, oatmeal, etc. 50+ gm protein, takes about 5 minutes to prepare and consume breakfast.
