Syrup on eggs is friggin' tasty.

Sometimes instead of making typical eggs with toast or oats, I just made like 3 slices of french toast, 1 egg per slice, with an extra egg or two kinda dumped around 'em.

If I can actually eat them at home, I always make an ommellte.

However, on mornings I work, I make a week's worth of eggs at once. I take eggs and egg whites, mix them with veggies, cheese, whatever else, and pour in silicone muffin liners. I love these egg muffins and they taste great!

they sell these omelet makers at the dollar store, you can put up the 3 eggs in them, microwave ~2m and they come out pretty damn good.. I keep 2 of them at work, one of my meals is 2x 2 egg/2oz taco seasoned beef omelets with cheese/ketchup.. takes maybe 3-5 mins to prepare and cook all of it, and it gets you fresh cooked eggs at work so no need to reheat.

This is kinda what I wanted to hear, its not a time thing or a lazy thing, but when there is no other option, that sounds like a great plan.

Costco sells liquid egg whites by the case. I buy multiple cases at a time, drink a carton every morning with a little Torani flavorer, then eat a bowl of cereal, oatmeal, etc. 50+ gm protein, takes about 5 minutes to prepare and consume breakfast.

My post workout protein shakes are always whey powder, half milk and half egg whites from a carton.

People think it is nasty but you really can't taste a difference and those jawns are pasturized so its fine.

Good way to add like another 20-30g of protein.

Sounds like it wouldn't be bad, Ive got no problem with drinking eggs, raw or from the carton, Ive done both over the years.

I make a big breakfast every morning and it never gets old for some reason.

150g egg whites + 2 whole jumbo eggs (60g) whipped and cooked in skillet

56g shredded mozzarella and 112g 99% lean turkey burger dumped on, fold into a ommlette (too fat, always breaks)

200g pineapple and 45g oatmeal as sides

785c- 26f,61c,81p

And 1.5 pounds of food is pretty filling :)
