It's been more than a year since last time I log in I think. Well I hope this is still alive..

Firs of all this is my first aas cycle; I know stuff like mechabol , epi, oxo,furaza etc. I'm done with that. As you can see I have a pretty good base. So let's start.

This in going to be a cut cycle.
Background Info.
26 years old, 13.% bf , 205 lb, 6,2 ft, I been lifting for about 7+ years.

Cycle 10 weeks.
Week
1-10 Test e 400mg a week. Split 2 shots.
1-10Adex . 5 eod it all depends on sides
2-12 proviron 50 mg x day
7-12 winnni 40-50 mg x day it all depends
2-12 HCG 500iu. Split 2 shots

Pct
2 weeks later after last shot of test e it will be weeks 13
Clomid 100 nolva 20
Week. 14
Clomid. 100 nolva 20
Week 15
Clomid 50 nolva 20
Week 16
Clomid 50 nolva 10
Week 17***
Nolva if need it

6 days training
Example this current week
Monday: back & bicep
Tuesday :off
Wednesday: shoulder , traps , tricep
Thursday :chest, abs
Friday : legs
Saturday:back
Sunday: cardio
Every week it will be changing it all depends on work schedule and how I feel .

Cardio 30 min after every workout
Sunday 1 hour feast cardio

Diet its on spot; I will post later .
Of course supplements, all that is on spot.
I'm written All this on my cellphone so be patient.
I will update 2-4 times per week.
I been doing my homework so I'm confident on Doses. But can change .
Remember " the more the better" is not true, just listen to your body then you will know.

First pin was past monday on delt. Lighter pip not much to say.

Today was chest; pin day . Now on the butt; went easy like a knife on butter no pip at all.

Since Tuesday "a day after first shot".I got some pip on my delt , and bit warm in the area .
Inflammation Like when you get stung by a bee.

That's all no sides besides the pip on delt.
Any one had same experience?

I've heard about other people getting PIP, warmth, irritation, etc in the delt.

I'm lucky, I guess. Delts are the only place I've never had ANY issues, and I've even packed 2ml into my lil girl delts. Not sure what to say about that.

Where in the delt are ya stickin'?

Right delt ! In the center around 1 " up the armpit line. I hope I was specific.

Yesterday I took 2 ibuprofen pills. Looks like inflammation is decreasing. Lucky me I have a dr. appointment today at noon, should I ask him to check my delt ? Of course he will make questions ! Thanks mate I will kill it.

Absolutely loving it.
Started off at only 200mg a week for 4 weeks. Then went to 300mg for 3 weeks and have been in 400mg for the last 6 weeks.
Had some ed issues early on but sorted that with the AI. Also got sore joints early but that said was just going to hard I recon. All good now.

Calories is at maintenece cut. So far I have gone down 1.5 notches in my belt size and my tshirts have become too small lol. Started weight was 196lbs and still this weight. Have maintained right thru.
Comments from family and friends is I look really good. Very vascular too especially the arms. As my training regime on this is high volume weights, I can do way more sets etc every time in the gym with way less rest time between sets. Mostly don't want to leave lol therefore strength has definately increased. Pumps in the gym are awesome. Recovery is brilliant as well. My libido is out of this world when sorted the AI. Mrs practically hides from me these days lol.

Exem 6.25mg every mon,wed,fri
Research pinned Sunday and Thursday.

Tell us the protocol when you pin. How do you go about? Step by step. For example. In the steps do you draw your oil with one pin and then replace with another ready for your delt?

1 clean the top of the vial alchol pads
2 draw the oil (vial upside down) make sure no bubbles are in it.
3 recap the needle
4 replace a new sharp needle.
5. Clean deltoid,( alchol pads.)
6. Shot.
7. Pull out the needle , blood came out. (I did not aspirate before pulling it out)
8 clean with alchol pads (put pressure)
9 blood stop. 30 min later >>
10 hit the gym back &Bi day
Next day was shoulder .

30 minutes for the blood to stop? What size pin u using there?
And do you do it very slowly too? Like take at least a minute to finish?

Blood stop right away. I mean 30 min after pin I went to the gym. 23g 1" it was at most 30 second do push all the test

Day 6 back & bicep
At first was a normal workout. 30 min in to it was awesome , pumps , veins , it was great. I don't know if is the test doing its job or else. I mean is just 6 days into it. May be is just that feeling that I'm taking something .

About te antibiotic is strong stuff 500mg each pill. She gave me 6 pills. 2 per day. Enought for three days. So tomorrow it will be my last day. Inflamation it's 80 % reduce. Redness 90% reduce. So it's working.
Tomorrow just cardio . First thing in the morning empty stomach.

Day 8

My delt is 100% better no pip, no inflammation ;it's all gone
First week was average normal workouts(except Saturday night).
Today is 3rd pin and is time
To hit shoulder, traps, triceps. I will post later.

Day 10.
Scale is pretty much the same. What I'm notice now is that my workouts are intense great pump; but with less weight.
I'm not able to able to lift as much as when I was eatting high carbs and fats. I know that's a good sign that my diet is working out. I'm just waitting test to kick in an start pushing those dumbbells hard.
No sides.
Just pip on glutes usually two days later after pinning.

Meal 6
1 scoop Whey protein
2 table spoons peanut butter.


Most of the time i workout at 12 pm that's how this diet is design
. It really bothers me when I have to adjust meals specially if for some reason like "yesterday "
That i workout at 10 :30 pm that's sucks.

A quick question to you all guys. When sides effects like acne , high blood pressure exist , when does it happen? 3 , ,6 or how many weeks into cycle? Some answer will be appreciate .

This solely depends on the individual champ. You may hopefully not get any sides at all.
I've experienced oily skin a couple of weeks in and some pimples here there but that's it. Blood pressure has been fine right thru till now.

You eat almost no carbs? That must be around 100-125g carbs by the looks of it. I may have missed it but how many calories are you consuming?
