Don't get me started on the damn cereal. I think we have every single kind x4 on the top of our fridge. It's all the wife and kids eat lol. You've inspired me though. From now on I'll have a bowl of cereal post workout. It'll make the final shredded product even more epic!

I had a really tough weekend. Was barely home so I didn't really have any meals. Just tried to eat as clean as I could but I have some pretty bad self control if I don't have a prepped meal in front of me. I'm not one of those people that can go to Denny's and get 6 egg whites and wheat toast with some ham. So.. That got me into some pretty bad trouble. Weighed in at 184 this morning but I have yet to shit so probably a good 182. 2 days of eating bad really screwed me up. Learned my lesson and I'm going to pack a lot of different kinds of food in my trunk so I'm never put in a bad situation like that again. Canned beans protein powder oatmeal nuts etc.

Decided to just take 1 dose of eca Saturday morning and by my workout at 5 the effects were long gone and I had a pretty tough chest/tricep workout. Really wanted to just go home but I roughed it out anyways. Took yesterday off. Back in the gym for back and biceps right now. Will update with workout.

I hear that if you eat wheat squares they're directly absorbed by your abs which become squares with visible horizontal striations.

1/4 cup white rice
14g almonds

2 cups fruit loops
1 cup vanilla light Soymilk
1/2 scoop caramel sutra protein powder
14g almonds

2 tilapia
1 tbsp olive oil
2 slices wheat bread

1 serving spicy nacho Doritos
1/2 can of low sodium green beans (son ate other half)
1 reduced fat Colby jack cheese stick

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

2150 cals
62 fat
210 carbs
37 fiber
181 protein

Weighed in at 182 when I got here today and 181.6 just now. Looks like I've almost fixed my weekend mess. Training shoulders now.

Love the cereal!!! This past off season I was taking in 300g of periworkout carbs. The vast majority of which was cereal. I tried it with crunch berries and shit purple for the next two days straight. I'm thinking the heavy dyes messed with me! LOL!
