Weight 195 wtf.? I ate mexi food last night too.
1.5ml trest pp last night
50mg hdrol pwo
Legs n shoulders
Leg press
1-8 plates with no rest than back down to 2 plates
Havent done these in a while.
Shoulder press/upright row
6 sets
And your typical medial and posterior deltoid work.
Nothing crazy. Im going to change up my routine and decided to extend the length of the cycle by 8 more weeks of trest pp.
Side note. Perfuse sweating has begun with the addition to hdrol. I was hitting golf balls yesterday and it looked like I just got done shitting in a porter potty in august.

Afternoon w/o idk just felt I coulda went harder this morning. Broke 50mg of hdrol into 16oz milk and went and did deadlift, went in, warmed my way up and hit 475(pr) conventional and gtfo. My goal is 5 plates this cycle I can see ima need to rewrite some goals soon.

Hope those hdrol back pumps don't interfere with your deadlifts... I've gotten to the point where I can almost only dead when I'm cruising lol

They started to creeeep up when I got up to 4 plates. You have to embrace the back pump and all the suck that comes with it. Well see if im still saying this week 3-4

Hmm... I'm unable to embrace that. During my last few runs, I made it like 5 reps of the initial 135 warmup set and literally wanted to lay down and die. I've tried Taurine, Potassium, just about everything. Back pumps get me BAD.

I can barely even put on my own shoes, sweep the floor, or wash dishes. Simple tasks are like on the verge of being borderline impossible for me. Lol

Not so bad running moderate IM, but holy balls, like week two of pretty much any significant oral use and it's just a literal impossibility. Any scenario where I engage any degree of hip hinge my lower back turns into a big slab of pissed off stone. I don't mind it too much as I'm not particularly concerned with my deads, but the fact it interferes with squats annoys me.

 

Then I just bench way above my weightclass and feel good about life instead.

Its the internal battle in your head, and every movement.. is debilitating, do you let the back pump win? Sometimes I roll around on the floor, but i have that rock eating mentality that gets me through.

It was thick and gross, I was upset at my smoothie making this morning. Headed out.

I hurt my left bicep tendon early this year, im just starting to reintroduce normal pulling exercises. Back pump was in full gear after db rows. Than proceeded to your array of overhand pulls and cable curls. Very good pump and im beginning to see subtle changes in my body, after hurting my left arm all I did was deadlift and squat for a good two months, this gave me a crossfit look as my upperbody gave way to some atrophy and my legs got bigger. What I took away from my injury. No more straps(work on grip strength), and no more heavy bis.

this is also after a nasty bout of the rrhea, had some fried catfish last night with spicy batter and I drowned em in hot sauce and deeply regretted/paid for it this morning.
Doms really got me this morning the combination of legs and abs from the db rows.. almost took the day off too, my @$$ hole was on fire I just laid on my floor for about 30mins defeated and sweaty. Took hdrol with pwo and did chest/med. Delts/tris

Havent updated in a few days, honestly this is probally my hardest cycle to gain weight on, I've never had this problem, Im dropping trest pp, today was last pin, I feel like shit from being shutdown for a while, my libido is awesome, but i cant stand the hair shedding and shit feeling. Trest pp was awesome for strength gains but not so much size (solo as in no test base)
