So this will just be a simple food log to establish some accountability for myself and my food choices while getting back into things. Not really any lifting to keep track of but cardio and BW circuits will be posted I suppose. I know this isn't going to be exciting or anything so if it bores you I apologize ahead of time, I just need to track all this info somewhere and at least on here others can see it which adds accountability for me to keep moving in the right direction.

Thanks for joining y'all. So as of this morning I weigh 206.2(way down compared to the summer when I was 232ish). I'm not sure how I want this number to change, I guess go down since I'm not really lifting or have the edible resources to put muscle back on. So my goal is to eat healthier, in turn lose fat, and improve my cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Food for the day is kept on my paper note pad during the day then loaded on here at night.

So today's food consisted of 1 mug of green tea w/ 1 Splenda packet, (lunch at Applebee's) 5 breaded siracha shrimp, small shrimp salad w/ Thai dressing, small chicken fajita, large lightly sweet raspberry tea and a large water, (afternoon munchies) small handful of wasabi almonds, 1 Deer meat jerky stick, 2 large handfuls of Gouda cheese and brown rice crackers, 1 grilled chicken leg, 1 can diet root beer and 2 large waters, (dinner) 2 pieces of jalapeƱo and cheese deer kielbasa, large green tea w/ 2 Splenda packets and a large water.

Workout tonight was 6 min of high incline walking on treadmill to get warm, 8min of jogging at 6mph no incline. ( total cals burnt ~200)
Then the following circuit x2 with a 50lb curl bar for the resistance exercises: upright row w/ bar, double push up burpees, front squats w/ bar, curls w/ bar, bent over rows w/ bar, lat Pulldown w/ bar and towel, close grip floor press w / bar, BW squats. Got me moving and everything was from 10-20 reps just focusing on contraction and burning, also kept moving the whole time to keep my HeartRate up. Overall one of my better workouts lately, my chest wasn't burning either from running so my cardio is coming back up.

Damn bro, you got some nice variety in the diet. Hows the deer kielbasa? You process that yourself?

No we don't process ourselves, my dad and brother don't have the patience for that haha. But the place we take it is a reall good quality butcher shop/ cattle farm and processor.

Yesterday's diet was as follows: 1 mug green tea 1 splenda, large water, monster rehab green tea, 6in steak eggwhite pepperjack w/ veggies half flat bread, small handful wasabi almonds, small handful jalapeƱo almonds. Plenty of water, monster rehab peach tea, couple crackers, small glass of red wine, half small digorno pizza, more water.

Workout was HIIT style core/ cardio if catch my drift.

Sorry for not updating the past few days, been busy with the holiday weekend and also got hit with a stomach flu which put me down for a couple days. I'm still trying to bounce back this morning but I'm worried to eat yet and my body is so achy and sore from being dehydrated. Will update when things return to normal.

Ok got my shit back together today's food log: 2 egg and cheese beagles minus the beagles and green tea, sweet green tea and whole milk one each, chicken salad, cheeseburger salad, plenty of water in the mix.

Got to go to a gym and lift today, needless to say I'm weak as fuck! I did some squats mostly sets of 3-5 w/ 225 and one heavy set of 275x1 no belt but I think 275-295 is my one rep max again(ultimate sad panda), deadlifts working singles with 315 and one heavy set of 365x1 also most likely my 1rm again, some chin ups and post DB flys, abs and I was pretty much smoked and starting to cramp at that point. Good lord I'm out of shape!

Was hungry during and after work lastnight( back to bouncing at the bar) so I ate some munchies type food I shouldn't have including 2 snack size bags of cheese combos, snack size bag of famous Amos chocchip cookies while at work then after work I had a snack size bag of almond/ nut/ yogurt cluster mix( not too unhealthy). I'm weak I know (sad panda) but it could also been from the higher intensity than I am used to since I lifted yesterday afternoon.

Food for today: stuffed pepper w/ mashed taters, small cup of chilli, small handful of salted caramel pretzel pieces, 4 BBQ chicken legs and 1.5 ears of corn on the cob, 3 tablespoons of thin mint ice cream. Water throughout the day and lime a rita.
No workout or training of any kind today had to go digging for info to start building my resume and shit.

Doubtful, I don't even really cook my meals lately because I'm bouncing around sleeping on couches and or GF ( well apparently ex GF now, long story fml) so nutrition is not the best lately but I'm trying to make due. My workouts have gotten better since now I have stairs to run and a playground to exercise at.
