I'm 5'8", 202lbs and have been maintaining the last 7 weeks or so at 2900 Cal's split 45C/35P/20F. It worked relatively well. I intend to bump food intake to about 3300 or 3400 and go from there. If I start leaning out dramatically then I'll prob bump food up intake by 200 cals. I would rather this be a lean bulk than an all out bulk. My job requires me to be able to run 3 miles, and considering I'm at 202 now, doing so can be rather arduous. I managed a 22:45 recently, so that'll have to do. Obviously I won't be doing much running on 500mg test, but afterwards I want to be able to maintain the weight I gain and then bring my cardio back to par. Joy...not. I also can't blow up too quickly because people will notice, so keeping a solid 10lbs by the end would be perfect, especially if I can trim down a hair.
I plan to start on Sunday with my layout as follows:
Weeks 1-16 Test E - 500mg split Sun/Wed
Weeks 1-4 SD - 10/10/10/20 (Could do 20 for all 4 weeks, but I'm not trying to blow up too much, too quickly)
Tail - Epi or Hdrol - length and dose TBD on compound but roughly 5-6 weeks. The goal will be to trim down a little if needed, or at least be able to gain some strength. I loved Hdrol in the past, so that's a known quantity for me. Epi obviously has some who love it and others who hate it. Joints shouldn't be too bad on a moderate dose (30-45mg) of Epi while on 500 test.
I'll probably PCT with Nolva and Clomid or Nolva and Torem (honestly can't remember which I have at home besides Nolva) for a solid 6-7 weeks. This is obviously a hugely debated topic, but for a 16 week cycle, should I add anything else? HCG?
50mg TD trest hit my nipples at the 2 week mark, so I definitely respond to estro, although I don't know if I'd qualify as sensitive. I'll start running Exem at 12.5mg E3D or so. That'll just be a trial and error to nail down the right quantity.
Throughout I'll take Aegis, or damage control, fish oil, creatine, etc.
I don't usually have high BP issues, but baby aspirines as needed.
As mentioned, the goal is a lean bulk with some strength gains. It'll be a 5 day split.
I won't be benching heavy, so probably focus on 225 for reps and maybe bump that to 275 for reps. 225x32 is my current rep PR.
I got back into deadlifts two months ago and am back to 535. Goal is 585 (6 plates). Might be a little ambitious at my current weight, even on test, but we'll see.
Legs have been gravely neglected since I was running so much the last 7 weeks, so I'll be hitting those twice a week. One workout will be heavy, the other hypertrophy. Before I stopped so I could run I was squatting 395-405.
Everything else will be hypertrophy workouts.
And in the spirit of good competition, Chris Benoit - a 6 pack of your beer of choice says I get 585 first
