That time has finally come for me to start my first AAS, Test E cycle. My last oral cycle ended early January, so I've been training natty for almost 4 months.
I'm 5'8", 202lbs and have been maintaining the last 7 weeks or so at 2900 Cal's split 45C/35P/20F. It worked relatively well. I intend to bump food intake to about 3300 or 3400 and go from there. If I start leaning out dramatically then I'll prob bump food up intake by 200 cals. I would rather this be a lean bulk than an all out bulk. My job requires me to be able to run 3 miles, and considering I'm at 202 now, doing so can be rather arduous. I managed a 22:45 recently, so that'll have to do. Obviously I won't be doing much running on 500mg test, but afterwards I want to be able to maintain the weight I gain and then bring my cardio back to par. Joy...not. I also can't blow up too quickly because people will notice, so keeping a solid 10lbs by the end would be perfect, especially if I can trim down a hair.

I plan to start on Sunday with my layout as follows:
Weeks 1-16 Test E - 500mg split Sun/Wed
Weeks 1-4 SD - 10/10/10/20 (Could do 20 for all 4 weeks, but I'm not trying to blow up too much, too quickly)
Tail - Epi or Hdrol - length and dose TBD on compound but roughly 5-6 weeks. The goal will be to trim down a little if needed, or at least be able to gain some strength. I loved Hdrol in the past, so that's a known quantity for me. Epi obviously has some who love it and others who hate it. Joints shouldn't be too bad on a moderate dose (30-45mg) of Epi while on 500 test.

I'll probably PCT with Nolva and Clomid or Nolva and Torem (honestly can't remember which I have at home besides Nolva) for a solid 6-7 weeks. This is obviously a hugely debated topic, but for a 16 week cycle, should I add anything else? HCG?
50mg TD trest hit my nipples at the 2 week mark, so I definitely respond to estro, although I don't know if I'd qualify as sensitive. I'll start running Exem at 12.5mg E3D or so. That'll just be a trial and error to nail down the right quantity.

Throughout I'll take Aegis, or damage control, fish oil, creatine, etc.
I don't usually have high BP issues, but baby aspirines as needed.

As mentioned, the goal is a lean bulk with some strength gains. It'll be a 5 day split.
I won't be benching heavy, so probably focus on 225 for reps and maybe bump that to 275 for reps. 225x32 is my current rep PR.
I got back into deadlifts two months ago and am back to 535. Goal is 585 (6 plates). Might be a little ambitious at my current weight, even on test, but we'll see.

Legs have been gravely neglected since I was running so much the last 7 weeks, so I'll be hitting those twice a week. One workout will be heavy, the other hypertrophy. Before I stopped so I could run I was squatting 395-405.

Everything else will be hypertrophy workouts.
And in the spirit of good competition, Chris Benoit - a 6 pack of your beer of choice says I get 585 first ;)

All recommendations/comments welcome, although, knowing this forum, let's keep the faggotry to a minimum please..lol.JK.

Well, I hope for my sake you have crippling lower back pumps for the 1st month from the SD and the last (however long) from the Epi or whatever you choose and can't do any deadlifts. Ha ha ha.

Loosey (too hard to remember how to spell your actual signature lol), glad to have you. I'll be really surprised if I gain 50lbs on my deadlift in anything close to 8 weeks, but I would also be very pleasantly surprised. I also suspect I would freak a lot of people out in my gym :)

Well I challenged him but it seems Chris doesn't like beer (I'm more of a scotch guy myself, but i'll be damned if I'm mailing that), so I will see how this bet ends and how we can accommodate the request. Perhaps a cat poop float, in beer?

Lol. Possible, but then I would probably spend most of my time cruising as I just can't blow up too much. Furthermore, in Nov or so I'll need to do another physical test which could be severely hampered by an inability to do cardio - not 3 miles, but I can't be gasping for air either...maybe a really low dose cruise for a couple months would allow me to get ready. Who knows...

I should also add that I'm taking CJC Dac and No Dac, as well as Ipam. I'm a little tired of pinning twice per day so I may just stop this once I start my cycle.
I have some GHRP2 I'll probably try at some point if I want to bump my food intake.

That was several years ago and not something I want to repeat. The strain it put on my wrists was not pleasant.

Going to have a few drinks Sat before I go dry for quite a while.
Is there any need to run higher than the recommended dose of Aegis while on low dose SD for 4 weeks? When I'm on test e only I'll probably primarily run Liv52DS and some Aegis at 2/day.
Definitely getting excited.

Side note - I did back today. Worked to 515x1, then back down to 495xx2x2, 405x4x2, and 315 for reps, which wasn't a lot at that point. Definitely need to remember to bring my straps in.

Tomorrow, Sunday, is day 1. It'll be 10mg SD and 250mg test and a chest workout. I can't explain how excited I am except about virgin muscles... Oh well :)
I noticed I only have one more bottle of exem, so I need to stock up on AI, the question is which? I've used exem on TD arrest cycles with some nolva sprinkled in. Is there any reason to deviate into Anastrazole? If not I'll stick with what worked in the past.
