I gotta figure the 27g is even slower than the 25g... heated oil slides into my 3cc 25g pretty quick... like 35 seconds for 1ml... I hold up to.5cc vacuum ahead of the incoming fluid if I can, speeds things along... don't pull too much vacuum or else you'll see bubbles coming in through the back n you'll possibly wear the plunger n break off a piece... not likely, but possible.

Damn, great results. Sucks to hear about the acne though. Do you know whether that was the Tren or the Test? I'm loving the melanotan as well. Of course the depressing thing is the tan will go away quite quickly if you stop taking it.

already had it a little bit, but def exacerbated by the Tren... test alone would be fine for most...

But even @31 I've still been fairly acne prone even of cycle, but especially while cycling dht and/or Tren hormones... I plan on running a decent accutane run soon to help do some changes to oil glands and pores n then have a little on hand for future breakouts from heavy cycles... hopefully though I can get some permanent results n no longer worry.

I pulled the plunger back 2- 2.5cc and still had issues. I'll heat her up a little more and just be patient.

 

I hear you on the acne. I'm 31 and not too prone, but now and then it just shows up. We'll see how the test run goes. I didn't have any real issues on TD trest, but who knows. I also have accutane on hand in case. I figure I can easily run 20mg ED until acne subsides, even while on 10mg SD. That said, I'm not going to take it unless I feel the need to.

Sheesh I draw oil with my garden hose and pin with a knife......open up the muscle wound with me knife and pour the oil in with the hose!

So harden up princesses on pinning lol

Note......in real life I draw oil with a 21g and implement with a 23g/1" hehehehe

Yeah next time I might try the 25g/half inch.............seems to work fine for most.

My shoulder is quite sensitive from the pin on Sunday. I wonder if the 1/2" wasn't deep enough, or if it's just Virgin muscle. My legs/ass are too sore from my workout to tell if the pin from yesterday hurts.
Overall I'm feeling good. Day 3 and I'm feeling a slight hunger increase from the SD, even at only 10mg. Eating 3200-3300 calls right now. Will bump that up around week 3 as the test hits harder.

Two weeks if I remember right........libido skyrocketed and chasing mrs around the house, shopping centres, down the street lol
But for actual body composition changes where veins a popping, strength and endurance increasing, around week 8 but I did start of really low 200mg for the first 4 weeks.

My next run the same as your champ, straight out the bat this time with 500mg........friggin can't wait. Envious of u atm!
Or maybe 400mg plus sumfin........just can't make up me mine. Shite maybe just 600mg test e, love this shit lol

My caloric goal is 3200 right now - 320C, 70F, 320P, but on average I'm falling low on the fats (only getting to 45/50) and slightly higher on the carbs.

How concerned should I be? Should I make a conscious effort to throw more fats in there? My calculations do not take into consideration the cooking oil, or butter for chicked/fish etc, so I guess it will be slightly higher than reported, but probably not a whole lot.

 

Yesterday's diet was:

 

Morning shake (all blended together)

- 1 cup oats,

- 1 cup raspberries,

- 45g protein shake,

- 1 cup 1% milk,

- 3/4 cup liquid egg white

 

snack

- 2 slices naan bread

- 1 mini hummus cup

 

Meal

- 8oz tilapia

- 1/2 cup white rice

- One of those 10oz naked juice smoothies

 

Workout

1/2 serving of Pro Complex Gainer Protein (love this stuff for getting some easy carbs in me right after a workout)

A full serving is 650 Cals, so I take those if I may not get enough food that day, otherwise it's just a 60g ON protein shake.

 

Meal

- 8oz tilapia

- 1/2 cup white rice

 

Dinner

- 2 alaskan salmon patties

- 1/2 cup white rice

- 8oz orange juice

 

Total of 3,580 cals: 460C, 60F, 296P.

I ate a little more than I had planned, but shit happens. I don't eat the same every day, nor is it always planned out (the GF cooks, so I just make sure I halways have rice ready for whatever meat she's cooking). I tailor my dinner's to ensure I don't fall too short of my goal.

 

Gym is normally at 6 am, or around noon. If it's in the morning, I don't get a lot of food in me before I go, but I try not to train on an empty stomach.

Ok. Thursday. 2cc left glute. Not trying that again with a 27ga. Just takes too long at an awkward angle with too much pressure to get the oil out. I suspect there will be some serious bruising with as much as I was moving around. Switching to quads once I look it up.

On a positive note, I'm at 205 today, so up 3lbs and muscles looking much more full. That'll be the SD which coincidentally made me so lethargic last night I was nearly catatonic lol. Tempted to throw in TD trest for a week to offset the SD.
Yesterday was a day off and my legs are recovering from Minday. Today will be back and maybe deadlifts if I'm feeling up to it.

Decent back workout. I started with deads and managed 530 without too much issue. Followed up with 405x3x2, and 315x4-5x2.
Finished with seated rows, pull downs (going easy due to nagging issue in my right armpit area), and lights trap work. Feeling a little tired today so will rest up tomorrow and hit it hard Sat.

Thanks. I think the SD is kicking in a little, considering it's only day 5 on 10mg. Really hope to get 585. 600 would be incredible just because it sounds cool.
