So I went to a lab to get blood test done
... Was really tired for the record and only realized this problem after the whole thing was done.

So the guy didn't sanitize his hands..
He then palpated my inner elbow to check for the vein. After that took an dry swab and put alcohol on it and wiped my injection spot and after that he took another swab but a dry one to swab the spot again..
Then took the needle thing out. Pulled the cork off and he palpated my fucking injection spot again... and then injected.
Should I be worried of diseases or something ?

Here I've never seen anyone use gloves. They just sanitize their hands and wipe the injection spot.

Most likely u r fine. Conversion of blood borne diseases from needle puncture is very minimal and that's with visibly contaminated blood.

I read a study that claimed the same thing, eased my mind a bit :) . But still that lab tech was sloppy as fuck or he did it on purpose that son of a bitch..

I've seen a lot of techs wear gloves but cut the tip of the first finger off so they can feel what they are doing.

Not with me though, I'm jacked as FUK and don't need any damn turniquette

I've heard of stories where the techs palpate the arm regardless of the vein popping out CLEARLY as if you were on a tren cycle and low bf% and had a high sodium diet the day before the blood draw
