HI. I'm Rotinaj.

I like long walks on the beach and steroids in my blood.

I hate chicken but I love puppies.

I will be competing some time in this run..

I hate competing but I also hate not having set goals.

 

I'm going be running

 

900mg Tren E Weekly

300mg Test C Weekly

60mg Ralox Daily

Superdrol or Anadrol on hand for a 3 week Smolov JR kickstart.

 

This will be done for 20 weeks.

I don't have the gear yet, waiting on materials, then have to make my gear once I have it. I think I should have everything in 4-5 weeks.

 

 

But for now here is my training log..

 

Currently Using

140mg NPP Weekly

350mg Test C Weekly

0.5mg Adex Daily.

Training 6 days a week.

Today's Back Workout

 

Wide Grip Pull ups: 4x12 reps

Dumbbell Rows 120lb 3x12 reps

Dumbell Rear delt row 45lb 2x20 reps

Dumbbell Preacher Curl 45lb 1x12 1x10, 35lbx12

Standing Hammer Curls 45lb 2x12 1x15 35lb 1x12

Tbar Row 2 plate 2x15 reps 3 plates 1x10 4.5 plates 1x10

 

 

That was it. Lazy day.

3400kcals today

Damn, this one looks fun. Mind rolling out the stats for us? Although personally you had me at steroids and long walks on the beach..

Currently lifts..

Bench 340ish

Squat 450ish

Dead 475

Arms measure about 19"

I just got over a flu and ate some bad foods so my weight needs to level out a bit.. I would say I'm around 205-206 lean enough for quad veins and my serratus to pop(8-9%~)

Pushups--------2020 in 1 set, non-stop, no knees on ground etc, in 2H 8 mins.

No AI on that cycle? Just ralox?

I'm going to try and avoid using an ai if possible.. I make tremedously better gains when my estrogen isn't crashed.

But with how sensistive I am to E, I probably will be using adex here and there in small amounts.

 

 

About to go hit a quick leg workout.. Was supposed to be an off day but some squats and calves sound good right now.

How tall are you rotinaj?

I'm roughly 6'2.

Today's leg workout was pretty quick..
Was supposed to be a rest day so I'm okay with that.
Leg raises between front squats

Narrow Font squats 205x15, 4 sets
ATG hack squats 140x15, 3 sets
Leg curls 1 sets past failure
Calf Raise, 6 sets

Is that your usual training volume since you hit it 6 days a week?

My training volume really varries.

 

A typical workout is probably 6-8 exercises with 3-4 sets each so around 20-30 sets a workout twice a week.

A little less volume for legs becuase well.. I would die.

 

I usually start with compounds in the lower rep ranges or with a polymetic exercises to wake up then slowly increase the reps as the workout continues to chase a pump. Usually lift for 60-90 minutes

I gotcha. Damn that's a decent bit of volume for twice a week. I've had to drop mine a lot just cause my body has shitty non vascular tissue recovery but I've been growing better so I won't complain

I would love to but even the slightest distention tells me not to.

I really only would use peps for improved sleep if me schedule was hectic or for injury recovery.
