Doing 5iu ed for 4-5 months now and no change in waist except that it's gotten tighter...don't know if that's useful but just for reference.

I think a lot lf it has to do with the amount of food you are putting down and insulin use.

It's also a ways out for this but do you have a stage weight that you would like to hit?

I would call it a cruise, but I've been making gains.
Probably could get away with a little less test.

Lean. dry. Full. Weight doesn't matter.
I imagine I'll be around 195/198 stage weight dry by the time I'm there.

not to steal any thunder from rotinaj, but I don't think I've ever seen your physique?

Curious as to what bicep type you have and what you consider "better"?

I used to post pics on here but stopped. I've gotten probably 25 hours of ink since those pictures that would make me very identifiable.

I only have one good arm.

Both measure the same yet Ive torn my bi & tri on one arm.. it now has no peak nor sweep in a FDB sadly.. looks fine relaxed though.

My structure is pretty ecto. Narrow clavicles and average width hips for my height.

Delts always been bowling balls?

My arms(bis/tris) grow like weeds, and my delts just look piss poor in comparison. They have decent shape but I REALLY need to add some size.

What your shoulder routine champ? Very impressive!

I haven't had a delt day since I partially tore a rotator cuff around 8 months ago.

Lesson was, just because your delts are big and strong does not mean the little muscles inside are as well.

My typical delt routine was along the lines of..

Seated or standing overhead press, 4 heavy sets

One arm Rear Delt DB Fly, 5 or 6 heavy sets

Standing DB Laterals, 4-5 moderate rep sets

Reverse Pec Dec, 3 high rep sets

That was in addition to lateral raises done on 2 other chest days a week.

I now do strictly rotator cuff exercises like scarescrows, rotations, pull aparts, dislocations for my delts.. I'm focusing on my chest growth for stage time which I feel is my biggest weakness next to calves.
