Ended up cheating on the diet..

Took my mother out to a wings place for dinner.

Calories went from a 400 kcal deficit to a 200 kcal surplus... and most likely 2000mg extra sodium for the day.

 

 

Ill burn it off with some stairmaster and sauan after tomorrow's leg day.

I'm being conservative lol.
Could make more but I would end up running some stupidly dosed cycle because all the gear would get lonely sitting in the dark.

Pretty basic leg workout today.

Box jumps- 4 sets
Back squats 135x5 225x3, 315x2, 365x3, 405x1, 315x10x8x6x4x4
Hack squat machine- 4 sets
Romanian deads- 135x10, 225x8, 315x10, 135x10
Calf Raises 4 sets

Only did 5 minutes on the stair master after.. I'm a lazy bastard when it comes to cardio

Flat Bench-----395lbs x2---198lbs
Deadlift---------600lbs---- --210lbs
Pull-ups---------52
Pushups--------2020 in 1 set, non-stop, no knees on ground etc, in 2H 8 mins.

Had a pretty solid chest workout today.

Paused Flat Bench- bar x15x15, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 235x2, 260x8, 275x5

 

Flat Paused Guillotine Press- 205x10x8x8

 

Incline Paused Guillotine Press- 185x12x7(failed)x10

 

Cable Face Pull- 3 sets

 

Incline DB Pause press- 75s x10x10x10

 

DB Lateral Raise- 3 sets

 

DB Scarecrow- 4 sets

 

Cable Fly- 3 sets.

 

 

Sat in the sauna for half an hour as I ate Pand Express last night with a bro.

Cardio for me consists of a 2mph walk on an incline for maybe 15min post workout... If at all... I don't like cardio n dump buckets sweating just doing weights... I'll make up the Cals with a lower intake if I have to

My job has me on my feet power walking, bending, lifting ect for 7-9 hours daily so doing more of it on a treadmill makes me suicidal lol.

Sad part is my job is just movement, not necessarily cardio. Cardio, in my opinion, is strenuous.. Like sprints, not power walking.

Was talking with my older relatives(70+ years old) the other day.. We were talking about how my family has genetics for great adaption to exercise as we have had a few serious triathletes marathon runners ect who live into their 90s, but everyone who avoids exercise in our family dies of a heart attack early.

Loool no.
Saying in my family, if we do cardio we live forever, if we don't then we die young.


About to make my last meal for the night..
2 whole jumbo eggs cooked in 1tbsp red palm oil with 10 fish oil caps.

Went to a new gym and the equipment was so bad my back workout basically was a bicep workout.. not worth logging it.

I train out of like 10 different gyms in my area lol.. Tried one I hadn't been to in years, forgot it was lame.

Today is an off day and I definitely need it, have been averaging 4-5 hours of sleep the last few days due to school

Ran out of slin pins the other day so last night I said "Why not" and pinned 200mg test and 40mg npp instead my regular 100/40.. will be doing this eod till I get my new stuff.

 

Today was a quick leg workout.

 

Box jumps, worked up to around 4.5-5 feet height I think.

Back Squat-135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 375x4, 405x2

Front squat- 135x5x5, 205x15, 255x1, 255x3, 135x15x15

Hack Squat Machine 140x10x12x20

Calves- 8 sets total

 

Cardio-12 minutes LISS on exercises bike.

 

Cals for the day 3100, 366g protein.

 

 

Getting Krispy Kreme preworkout tomorrow. I'm think a 4 or 5 donut cheat meal should make me pretty happy

Totally fell of the diet bandwagon after getting donuts with that bikini girl..

I am no longer flexible dieting.

I will be writing a meal plan on paper tomorrow.. going to be eating the same shit every damn day for 3 weeks.

Starting ECA tomorrow.

Dropping cals to 3200 tomorrow.

NPP is no more. Switching to 1200mg of Test C split M/W/F

 

I'm thinking I will be running another smolov Jr cycle for bench and calves with 45mg of superdrol for a month after this 3 week mini cut to overreach my chest as it needs a LOT of work sadly.

Highly yes.
What I got? A 70lb PR by using them regularly.
Usually just 3-5 jumps for 2-3 sets on 4-5 increasing heights before my leg days.

Nope shes single but we are in totally different age brackets/generations so it wouldn't go anywhere. No worth ruining IMO.

Narrow highbar Squat- 185x20x20
