Adding Mk677 To Bulk?

I just am wondering if it will prevent fat gain and elicit a strong recomp effect stacked with moderate aas. I don't want to gain huge amounts of mass and weight anymore. Just into recomping and staying pretty lean and hard.

It made me hungry as hell. I took it for 30 days towards the end of my pct and had to to stop as I would just and eat , eat and eat. Kept my weight from the cycle, but also gained some fat and now have to cut. I would say it kept my strength up and made me hungry, as to lean gains that woud be diet dependant.

It's pretty good for leaning out if you can keep re eating under control. I'm currently taking it along with clen, 3 grams daily of carnitine, and test e/cyp/pp/iso at 600mg/week and I'm loving it. I Gained a good 4 lbs in a week even while trying to cut because of the huger increase. I'm almost always hungry now. I'm on my last 4 weeks of this cycle and I'll be continuing the mk677 for another 50 days For a total of 80 days on mk. I tried upping the dose from 25mg to 50mg one day and Im pretty sure it raised my cortisol levels significantly because i kept waking up. Although my hands were quite numb

Ordered a bottle and going to run 25mg a day and bulk for 4 weeks. Would huperzine a be a good addition/ worth it?

Idk if it helps. But it's suppose to be a weak inhibitor of somatostatin so I take it 3x daily.

Ordered a bottle and going to run 25mg a day and bulk for 4 weeks. Would huperzine a be a good addition/ worth it?

You going to run this on a 1500 cal diet or a bulk diet?
Would love to follow a log as I'm interested to help it boost my appetite.

bulk and if people are interested maybe a cut later if it works well for bulk.

It's definitely good for s bulk. Makes me feel lazy though throuout the day

Lethargy or lazy? Are you taking it with anything else?

Yeah, huperzine inhibits somatostatin so you get more pulses.

I usually get lethargy with anything that constantly elevates GH. You'll probably get better sleep taking it prebed tho.

As a general rule, peptides work pretty good for doing lean gainers. I haven't tryed mk677 but it should be good for your goals. Might be a battle keeping your eating clean at first.

I'm taking it with 600mg/week of test(60mg pp, 60mg isocaproate, 90mg e, 90mg cyp) with letrozole every three days. I was also taking clen but I'm of my two week cycle of that. I just feel lazy, like I'd rather sit around and eat then get off my couch. I guess slight lathargy would be the correct term. I take a 98% l dopa extract, synephrine, and yohimbine pre workout and it helps. I think it would be great stacked with desoxytest as I've heard it desoxytest can be quite stimulating. I would throw in some carnitine so help keep lean by mitigating fat gain

I wouldn't lower the dose. You could do the bedtime shake thing and take stims for lethargy. If yall don't know, HydroxyElite is a great OEP clone!

1st dose last night caused really good deep sleep. Feel like I slept in. Woke up at 4:50 went to bed at 10:30. 2nd dose this morning caused small hunger spike but hit the gym so don't feel it as bad. Prob will pound food when I get home.

Keep updated on what works well. I think a lot of us wanna try this compound.

pounding high satiation foods like steel cut oats and raw veggies and lots of lean ground turkey and canned chicken. It seems like I can't get full really.
Over ate slightly yesterday but I'm trying to keep it around maintence and leaning on the lower side of it rather that above. Aiming for sub 100 maintenance. Going to take advantage of its nutrient partitioning and trying to lean out while building some strength and density.

- ate 4k cals yesterday when aiming for 3200 but woke up tight still
- went to bed at 10:30 ish and woke up at 4 just feeling refreshed
- getting mild pins and needles for a min randomly in my hands

Switching to a majority meat diet with veggies to help with appetite. That means turkey burges, turkey taco salads, bacon turkey egg white muffins, a lot of egg whites, some bacon for flavor, that stuff.

Hunger is killer taking it in the morning. Switching to night. Lots of water retention. If anyone's joints hurt try this.

My arms have a perma pump.
