Ordered in May, never received merchandise.
On June 16th was emailed that a refund was processed, never received it.
Was told yesterday there's a problem with refunds.
Asked if I would take a store credit.
Why would I want store credit when items don't ship.
Nostrum, people such as yourself may care but as a whole this company shows disregard for customer service especially for a new customer who could have been a source of new revenue month after month.
My money was taken, no refund received, I may never receive a refund due to PROBLEMS,
