I am at week 6 of this cycle, I have been quite busy with school as it is my first semester back, today is my last final which gives me a solid month to put some solid focus into workouts and meals. By the end of week 3 I was at 217lbs, shortly after starting school my weight went down to 210lbs I think this was due to stress and a shift in focus to school work. Heres a few prs,
Wide squat parallel 405@5
Deadlift conventional 405@10 495@1
Front squat parallel 315@5
Bench 315@3
I strained my right bicep around week 4 and this halted upper body progress, it happened using bent dumbbells, I will just steer clear of bent dumbbells.
This is my 1st real cycle, so far im having no negative side effects. Im running npp@100mg testP@50mg winny@20mg eod. Now as far as the fear mongering about npp, I have never been hornier in my life, to quote Chris Benoit "Rape mode" the struggle is real. As far as acne goes I only get a few pimples if the quality of my food isnt great. Comparing npp@100mg to trestpp@100mg, npp has far less sides but the strength gains from trestpp gave me retard strength but the hair shedding was crazy... As for bloating on npp I havent had an issue with no ai, trest bloat was too much. I have about a month left of npp and winny, once that is dropped I will up the testp to 100mg eod for another 4-5 weeks.

Dropped winny friday, I have alot left I was kinda pulse dosing it. The endurance felt from winny is amazing.. It will be missed.

Less than 1:30 in between sets, explosive as possible.

315@13 this was nasty I went full psycho and gave everything I had.
Planned on doing narrow leg press but my back pump was debilitating and it would have been a wasted effort if all i could feel is my lower back.

150@20 was trying to get as much blood as possible was still smoked from squats.
I helped my brother move apartments this morning and planned a rest day but it was less work moving than I thought. I stopped squatting everyday, after 3 months straight it was wearing on my mind and body but built myself a great base to work off of. Im now doing a classic bber split chest/back, delts/bis/tris, and legs. I think this is one of those cycles that will change my physique forever as im getting those "cartoony" looking delts.

100mg npp, 50mg testp im getting an increase of veins on my VG and i keep knicking them some how when ever im pulling the needle out, only on my right VG.

6 sets kept reps @20. gnarly pump, right bicep was responding well today.

Kept weight low on curls 15lbs-25lbs@20
Side raise into a front raise
8lb@50 took 3 sets to reach 50
Wes shrugs with 45lb plate
3 sets @12 the pump is ferocious I will never do a regular shrug again, its crazy how well it hits the traps.

I dropped the winny, and yes. The endurance from winny was awesome. The concentration said 40mg/ml but I think it is dosed higher.

I think the addition of trenavar is giving me the back pumps, and ive been taking 10-15gs of taurine a day.

Tear drop veins are becoming more prominent. This trainer at the gym is a strongman and showed me how to properly wrap my knees and told me if I wanted to workout with him just shoot a text. Im a bit timid bc hes big af like ogre big but I know i can learn some valuable tips for lifting.

40mg winny
Dropped npp and trenavar last week. Npp was a bit meh, ran it conservatively though. 400mg a week. Libido was great and so was the joint relief. The back pumps, made some w/o's counterproductive even with massive taurine and electrolyte tabs w/ potassium, b vitamins, etc. Felt like it made breathing a bit more difficult as well, Also if trenavar is anything like real tren I will never add it to a cycle, made me way too irritable.

Thanks its gone up 50lbs, the back pumps were holding me back some. Still got a good 2 1/2 months to catch up :) and im hungry.

That's a long cycle. I'll be impressed if you are able to go up 130lbs on deadlift in 4.5 months, even on the juice. Think you can hold 610 with chalk, no wraps?

I hear you. I made great gains for a while but eventually they slowed, which is probably best for my overall health! lol
