Week 9 sunday (active rest) weight@217.4 after w/o, did not expect this bc ive been leaning out since dropping npp and adding winny.
Wasnt planning on going to the gym today, but I got a letter from the va saying I need to lose weight and stop drinking. This shit is absolutely out of hand..

Dude she is hot af. Hispanic, little shorter than me, gorgeous face, nice ass, her upper body is toned but not masculine looking. She works her ass off and even her sweat smells good. But im married and as much as I would like a girl who w/o's (my wife is under 110lb and doesnt need to w/o)I could never do that to her, shes put up with alot of shit from the army, deployment and myself included (tbi,ptsd) so thats why I never give the time of day to chicks no matter how hot or tempting it may be. It is nice to get the attention from chicks but I find it annoying bc it messes with my focus and concentration, im the kinda guy who does not wanna talk at the gym. Im there for one thing and one thing only.

I too am not big on talking when it comes to working out.  HOWEVER, if it involves possibly scoring with a female, then I will make some moves, but nothing major to the point it messes up my entire pace of things.

 

Normally after workouts I hit up the sauna.  That's where I do all my socializing in the gym.  If she seems interested in me, after a few days or something I'll ask if she wants to join me, then go from there.

 

But kudos to you and your commitment.  Hispanic girls are my weakness too, they are my kryptonite.  I literally melt when I see a hot latina walk into a room.

Will for sure be taking tomorrow off. School starts in less than 2 weeks, i really wanna throw in a oral but Ive made some ground with the va and got those fucks to apologize to me and I have to get an ultra sound on my liver.. Dumb I know.. I just have some unopened m1t that I just stare at... Ill throw that in one day, I wont be pcting after the prop is gone I see no reason to pct at the moment, Ima just cruise on some cyp and start up around december. Thinking dbol,npp,and prop.

Nice rack pulls. I don't have anyway to realistically do them, but I know some people swear by them when they start going heavy.

Not with an adjustable height. I'd have to stand on a platform and I really don't feel like it. All good, the upper half of the list is the easier part for me, it's the first 4" that are harder... Mainly because I use more back than legs lol

I'd need to stand in about 3-4, 100lb plates to make it work. Thanks but I'll pass lol.
I'll use one, 100lb plate if I'm doing deficit pulls.

100@11 (getting there, slowly but surely) since lack of heavy dbs im concentrating more on tut and form.
Db lateral raise 5 sets @30-20 worked up to 30lb dbs
Tricep pushdown with rope
5 sets @30-20 ended with stack
Pec deck superset w/leg extensions
5 sets @20-12 pecdeck ended @210
Leg extensions 5 sets @30-20 ended @170lb
lateral raise into a front raise and back into a lateral raise
5lb db@50 these seem easy but will destroy you on the last 25. I had to take a quick break once reaching 25 but still held onto the dbs. Good day all in all, I really dread getting under the bar for front squats but gotta get em done and got it into gear after. On a side note me and my barber are finally seeing eye to eye, got a great haircut, and shes a little creepy and likes the touches, I aint even mad. Also ate some cinnamon rolls pwo pecan caramel, lemme tell you, best cin roll ive ever had.

Charles glass cable rows (get the biggest db and sit on that chit)
8 sets @20-12 worked up till I hit the whole stack (only goes to 240, I know. im not cool) first time doing these crazy how it hits the back.
Lil circuit of reverese pecdeck, cable 1 arm curls, and straight arm pushdowns. 4 sets @20
Another circuit of wes shrugs, posterior delt flys, db curls( had a real good pump and mind muscle connection today)
3 sets@20 getting good at wes shrugs will have to try 2 plates.
Focused more on arm work today my most lagging body parts are my rear delts and bis.
