Wanted to share with you guys some stuff from a log of mine:

First off, let me say that I have idiopathic fatty liver. Likely caused by abusing NSAIDs and being overweight as a child. Because of this, my liver enzymes (AST, ALT) are NORMALLY 40-50. So 50, even though it's out of range, is "normal" for me.

A couple weeks before starting LGD, and ~2 weeeks after finishing a Tren run:
kkIeJ8S.jpg

Notice how ****ed up the liver values are, tren does that to me. LGD was started shortly after, and there was 2 nights of mild drinking during the run, and the results....

Yesterday (a week away from the end of the 30 day run):

So yeah, I think it's safe to say LGD is very mild on the liver. Yes, my values are still elevated, but they're lower than when I started. Even though I was taking TUDCA this whole time (SO to Antaeus for Aegis, the best liver support out there), the fact that the values went down at all shows that a "regular" person with no preexisting liver conditions should have NO problem whatsoever with this product.

No conclusions can be drawn regarding suppression, as I was on TRT, but it is interesting that despite the very low testosterone dose (lower than it was in the before test I believe) I still scored just as high, but that could be dose timing, etc. Estrogen (although not visible) was considerably lower in the second test, which was expected due to AI changes, but still notable.

Finally, it's interesting that RBC was and hemoglobin were lower in the second test. This is important, as one of the dangers of steroids is polycythemia (high RBC)

In conclusion, I think this is an excellent supplement health-wise for anyone, especially those on TRT who don't need to worry about suppression but do care about their health enough to not run harsher steroids. You can see the difference between a MILD tren run and this, and in my case based on the results and sides, I ENJOY this compound more. I will undoubtedly be picking up more in the near future.

Thanks for posting this.

LGD looked promising, but I have not seen much comprehensive bloodwork. Great info from some one experienced.

Ditto.

This has been very helpful.

What's even better is that since you are someone who's liver enzymes are normally high, seeing it go down on LGD w/ Aegis shows that it more than likely will be relatively safe for a person who's liver enzymes aren't chronically elevated; given they don't have any other pre-existing conditions that would deem otherwise.

Not even that, but it just goes to show how beneficial and effective Aegis and TUDCA are.  Seeing it's work in real life just stamps it's efficacy that much more.

This is just great and very much appreciated.

Just curious if you would post some thoughts on LGD like how you felt, dosage, and what effects you experienced.

I had the best results of any run yet, comparable to my tren runs but with legit 0 sides. Probably also training, timing of overreaching, etc. Still, I was impressed. I wish there were more longitudinal data, because there are still concerns of long term risk IMO. If there weren't, I'd honestly just use this and TRT.

I happened to up my Aegis dosage to like 6 caps a day for that short period of time between bloodwork. Correlation? For sure. Causation? Maybe. I consider that a decent improvement over a couple days, especially since the drug was still being dosed. Better ratio at least.

Never heard LGD compared to tren. Really?. LGD is that good?.

Can't help with a tren comparison but it is a great compound for me. Improved my look like an oral run was not dry or wet for me. Almost right in the middle. 5-10mg/day was run for about six weeks.

Comparison is relative. I, PERSONALLY liked it more. Why? It didn't mess with my health and day to day life as much (I felt). It won't be the new drug of choice for the Mr O, but for the casual user, I see big things

What was the dose you ran of LGD and did you take it all in one dose? Curious abut this now.

nice post hwr

in terms of gains, is it comparable to any PH/DS/Oral AAS?

Just came off a long blast a month ago, looking for something mild to run with my cruise.

Have you tried other sarms?

I tried osta, liked this more. Haven't really gotten into orals though, so I can't comment on that.
