Day 42.2 The New Normal

 

Won't be able to keep this up but I needed to the iron again today. Massive pump thanks to new addition tada rc. Also, I had never used EC as a pre but damn that is nice. Lots of intensity and focus.

Most definitely programmed some rest in today but as has been my current trend, I did my best to avoid any such thing. Quick gut busting session this morning before class.

Did some random Back stuff and Cardio last night. Nothing fancy and probably pretty excessive as I have been burning the candle on both ends this week. I honestly feel like the shock has been good for my system.

Day 45

 

Down 4-5 pounds to 232 as of today. I am definitely feeling a little bit leaner despite not really focusing on cutting or anything in particular aside from attending to the various phases of my life with equal vigor. I'm hoping with the addition of XI-KT, I'll finally be able to trim down to where I've wanted to be for a long time. I can recall weighing in at 222 when i was like 15-16 and playing football. IMO, to be back at that weight with tons more muscle then I ever had, would be a huge milestone. Only 10 more pounds. I'm not really focused on a specific weight or number, more a look, but still, it feels nice to be within range of something that didn't seem possible just several short years ago. The more time I put in, the more I realize its a long game and an eternal struggle. I am happy to be just another swoldier on the path of victory.

Day 46.2 Deep Undercover

 

Refusing apathy, I put in a blistering session tonight. Absolutely brutal PUMP for the arm session and then definitely pushed the cardio until the wheels fell off. I feel guilty for having neglected building this area of my training with equal vigor this past summer. In previous years, long outdoor bike rides would have brought my conditioning up. The HIIT sessions have been feeling great and its almost like I can feel my lungs expanding with every push.

 

On the side front, dat dere Tada messed me up! I loved the rock hard iron man cock action but the sinus congestion is no joke,. I probably took way too much as I don't even have ED issues. 30mg every 3 days seems like trouble. Might try to dose as little as possible on a daily and see how that goes. I definitely do not need this product but I was curious after hearing so many favorable reviews. As expected it def took my sexual performance and prowess to a whole new level. 

 

The congestion had me waking up feeling like I was either sick or had railed an 8 ball of gack last night. I Fortunately alavert seemed to help. 

 

Began dosing LGI Damage Control today. Though XI-KT is mild, I feel like using it to boost my health this upcoming round.

Day 47 Conditioning 

 

Had a great training session today. Normally I do not have days like this with a majority of my work centered around conditioning but I really need to start to, this felt great. Particuarly excited to have Farmer's Carry back in the rotation. I stopped due to joint issues and injuries that have mostly resolved themselves.

It's looking like this particular log is going to be going on hiatus for a moment but only because I'll be starting a new one to follow my next cycle of XI-KT I had planned to use Triumphalis as well but at the moment I think 8 weeks at 2ml will provide everyrthing I could have hoped for at the given moment. I absolutely loved my first run with the XI and if this is half as fun, I will be thrilled. Last time I don't believe HIIT was in the mix so this should be special.
