Lil update for ya brahs...
Went and hit chest and triceps today. Pretty sure I haven't been in the gym for almost a week. So fucking annoying. Stuck at home doing the stay at home dad thing until anywhere between 5-7pm, and then I've been dealing with a buncha stupid BS. Anywhoo.
Warmed up and stretched for a bit, then I did:
Flat bench: 225x12, 285x5x5, 225x16... Was hoping to be doing 5x5s with 300 already, and ending with 225x20, but stupid stuff has been holding me back a bit from the gym and diet.
Incline DB bench: 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Incline DB flys: 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Cable flys: 4 sets of 10-15 reps
... Finished it off with about 8 sets of misc. triceps stuff.
Started the NPP today. Looking forward to that hopefully doing something in the next few weeks. Gotta order up some LGI Damage Control, then I'm gonna start popping some SD. Back and biceps tomorrow, then legs on Sunday, if I'm physically capable.
Been trying to get my calories up, but it's been a struggle. Newly imposed restrictions on cooking in the house past 7pm, no cooking fish, etc. Annoying. At least I have a sweet electric grill. Thinking about hitting up the rotisserie with whole chickens and stuff...
