Lil update for ya brahs...

Went and hit chest and triceps today. Pretty sure I haven't been in the gym for almost a week. So fucking annoying. Stuck at home doing the stay at home dad thing until anywhere between 5-7pm, and then I've been dealing with a buncha stupid BS. Anywhoo.

Warmed up and stretched for a bit, then I did:

Flat bench: 225x12, 285x5x5, 225x16... Was hoping to be doing 5x5s with 300 already, and ending with 225x20, but stupid stuff has been holding me back a bit from the gym and diet.

Incline DB bench: 4 sets of 10-12 reps

Incline DB flys: 4 sets of 10-12 reps

Cable flys: 4 sets of 10-15 reps

... Finished it off with about 8 sets of misc. triceps stuff.

Started the NPP today. Looking forward to that hopefully doing something in the next few weeks. Gotta order up some LGI Damage Control, then I'm gonna start popping some SD. Back and biceps tomorrow, then legs on Sunday, if I'm physically capable.

Been trying to get my calories up, but it's been a struggle. Newly imposed restrictions on cooking in the house past 7pm, no cooking fish, etc. Annoying. At least I have a sweet electric grill. Thinking about hitting up the rotisserie with whole chickens and stuff...

/end of rant

Weighed myself... Scale looks like it might be hitting 248. Almost back to the 250 mark, then 3 more measly lbs and I'll be back to 253, which was my all time heaviest. Be nice to break that and get 255-260. That would be sweet ass titties.

No cooking past 7pm and no cooking fish... What kind of a nazi concentration camp do you love in. I'd starve to death if I couldn't smash food late night.

Straight up nazi shit. My best 2 meals are between 7 and midnight usually. I have a rice cooker and a grill at least...

Went and did back today. I've been scamming it up pretty hard, there are like 7 gyms where I am now and they all offer free trial memberships. I've been hitting up all of them for the free time. Havent paid for the gym in over 2 months. Ha ha ha. Stupid gym I went to today closes at 5 on the weekend, which I didn't know, and I got there at like 4. Had to kinda halfass everything and do it quickly. I was moving about as quick as I could, sweat fuckin' spraying off me.

I was super groggy when I got there. Took some naps before I went, probably didn't carb up properly, didn't take in any caffeine or anything all day. Felt super weak, didn't go heavy, but still ended up with what felt like a decent workout.

Routine:

Bent Rows: 5 sets

DB Rows: 3 sets

Cable Rows: Probably 8 or so sets with variation on the angles and stuff. Used the rope attachment with the pulley at the highest setting, alternating between hitting upper, middle, and lower back areas.

Pullups: 1 set... Yep. 1.

Lat Pulls: 4 sets

Thennnn the clock hit 5 and I had to GTFO.

I would have liked to spend another 30 minutes or so at least, get some more sets and a few more exercises in, but it wasn't happening. I almost kinda welcomed the light workout, I was crippled as fuck for like 6 days after my last back workout. Even my goddamn hands hurt. I get DOMS so bad now it's unreal, and I don't quite understand why. I can workout for years straight, go do a moderately halfassed workout on gear, and still be so sore I can hardly move for days and days, while I know other people who can do more volume and talk about how they "don't get sore anymore." Dafuq is that.

Oof. Just weighed in at what my scaled claimed go be 250. That's awesome. Only down 3lbs from personal heaviest, haven't touched the SD yet, am only 2 days into the Nandrolone, and haven't even really jacked up the calories much yet. Just no way in hell I'm gonna peak out at less than 255 on this one... 260 seems like it might even be attainable, even if I get like half the gains from SD that I usually do...

Ha... I found a picture of myself chilling on a boat in Lake Havasu from 2009, before I started pumping iron again. I weighed about 165 in that picture. I can't believe how skinny at that point in time, probably the scrawniest I've ever been. I'd been living off a diet of alcohol and skateboarding for like 5 years straight. I've put on almost 100lbs since then. Crazy shit. I started working out about a year after this pic, sometime in 2010. I can't believe I went from that to being able to bench 400lbs and weighing 253 in just a matter of years, with major time off for travel and injuries, too...

Went and did shoulders / biceps last night. Had to do some bullshit work all day, got done mad late, and made it to the gym with only an hour to pump.

Did some seated DB press, standing DB press, military press, BB shrugs, upright rows, hammer curls, normal DB curls, preacher curls, and some standing ez-bar curls. Didn't do nearly as much as I wanted to do, but... It was something at least.

Packing and laundry today. Going on a road trip with my kid and mom for like a week. Gonna be snacking fast food and hitting up random gyms and using shitty hotel equipment. Ehhh. Eh.

I had to deal with this nonsense while living at a friend's house.. So I bought a mini fridge and a George Foreman grill and used it in their garage lol

I know the feeling of trying to get a pump while traveling. Brb, using the hotels spin bike and their heaviest 30lb dumbells to try and get my groove on. Misery.

Sup brahs.

Still on the road trip, and as per typical daily life for me, I managed to catch a Class 1 Misdemeanor yesterday for some absolute bullshit. At fucking least I didn't go to jail this time. Goddddddamnit. I can't go anywhere and do anything without getting fucked on some ridiculous shit.

Good news, tho, I got a call this morning saying that my security clearance went through, and that I start work for the gov't next week. Not sure how the whole fresh charge thing will play into that, but hopefully I can at least squeeze a few nice paychecks out of them to take care of some bills. Lol.

Going to the gym now. I'm at a BALLER resort that has a legit gym, so I'm gonna kinda go hammer out a full upper body circuit, and tomorrow I'll hit the lower bod.

Anywhoo, y'all take care and remember to shoot that motherfucker til ya get arthritis.

I did the upper body workout, had to cram it into a hella quick sesh, chick I know who works at the resort wanted me to throw some horn at her before her shift started, so I had to cut it short. Still managed to catch an insane pump. Test and NPP are def doing some stuff now. Still not even 2 weeks into the NPP, but I have a hard time believe that pump was from Test alone. Veins just bulging. Pretty sweet.

Gonna go feast on some serious snackage right now.

Y'all wouldn't even believe this snackage that I just worked. I must have eaten 2,500+ calories in one sitting. I'm gonna take the biggest dump of my whole life tomorrow morning...

Chick friend that works at this resort is the head chef, told me she would "send me out a few plates of food" if I made a reservation. Mind you, this is the type of place where the average menu item is at least $40.

She sent me:

Shredded beef rib tip nachos
Seared Ahi w/sweet potato puree
Massive like 3" thick grilled pork chop
Some kinda crazy corn bread
Some kinda crazy flat bread
Rabbit leg chile relleno
Scallop and Ahi ceviche
Tiger prawns in some kinda crazy sauce
Strawberry mint cheesecake
Creme brulee

Maybe a few other things... It took me an hour and a half to eat like half of it. Gonna be eating until like noon straight tomorrow. Huge plates of food.

As per the menu, I was gifted over $200 in food. I left a NICE tip, which is unusual, considering I'm generally a cheap ass prick.

Definitely locked in the gains from that pump sesh earlier.

Oh, also, curiously... All this food was gifted to me from the chick that gave me food poisoning and caused me to lose ~20lbs. Pretty sure I gained at least 1/3rd of that in this sitting alone. :D

Didn't even take 8 hours... I ended up dropping two hearty dueces before bed, now I just woke up and I've been squatting on this goddamn toilet for like 15 minutes already.

Gotta get ready for breakfast. Out with the old, in with the new, eh.
