Three new sarms to hit the market: RAD 140, S23, and SR9005. What do you guys make of these new compounds?
rad140 seems to have a great attribute of lessening the prostate hypertrophy side effect of testosterone and other steroids.
S-24 seems to be a male contraceptive which is all I can find about it and also leads me to believe its meant be ran without cycling (although Idk how much I even believe it since it hasn't made it to prescription pharmaceutical status yet). i found that the ki of s-24 is 1.4nm and an A:A ratio of 1:1.
SR9005 increases repression of genes activated by Rev-ErbA (members of the nuclear family of intracellular transcription factors). in rats at least, activation of the Rev-ErbA increases exercise capacity.
