Maybe if this a was log for a supp company who made PHs or for a specific lab on a forum of noobs.
I would post pics but this is a public fourm. Only a total of 8 people know I use gear some being family rest are close friends. I don't need someone coming across my pic and confirming many people's suspension that I use gear.
Take my word for it, I don't bs.
So basically I'm shooting test e 125mg mon and 125mg thurs.
I take SD 10mg pill before bed with 2 pills of liver care
Take 4 pills of fish oil a day
Daily multi
3 pills 540mg each of saw (for prostate, if I miss few days I get prostate pain and frequent urination)
2 25mg tabs of dhea. With meal #1 and #2.
Probitoics 25 billion w/enzymes. Just came of antibiotics so need some pro lol taken before bed to avoid being gassy or bloated during the day. Wake up in am and take a good shit basically lol
Eat about 4 meals a day.
I shoot for high fat 80ish
Mod carbs 150-200
Mod-high protien 200-250
Not going crazy strict on this in the cruise due to cal restricted diet during cut.
T3 taken before meal #1 by 30min-hr then again close to bed time before last meal.
Asen ima take tues night and Fri night. Cause test e reaches max blood plasma levels 48 hrs later and I pin early in day now so I'd like minimize estro with the test peak. Have the ai act before the peak per say, so I'm not playing catch up on lowering estro.
Workouts are gonna be the same as I always do. Tons of sets beginning of each exercise is gonna be 15 reps stupid light weight and then go to stupid heavy 4 reps. Each exercise is gonna be 5-9 sets. Depends on what I'm doing.
Normally I do chest, back, legs, shoulders, tris, biceps. Normally go 5x a wk so I'm on a 8 day gym schedule.
Cardio 3x a wk. Gonna be stair master, running or bike. Depends on how I feel. Stair master 20 min, running and bike would be 30min.
What am I feeling so far.
Well I'm filling out from the SD and higher test. Also since I'm on a lower dose of t3 I'm less flat so that helps with filling out. Basically looking more swole, pumped, and vascular. The bit of extra food I'm eating now helps too.
Not feeling as lethargic as I was on tren and low test high t3.

Scope its both. I had to take off training legs many times till I got a prp for my ankle and my job needed me to be able to run a lot everyday. Combine both and legs lacked compared to upper body. I also like being fueled for it cause I mean it's half my body I'm training at one time lol.

Carb up Friday night kill them Saturday morning and replenish them after then Sunday I go and hit weaker body parts and maybe some more carbs that evening.

I already did legs earlier and had little carbs so there goes that for this leg workout I'll do it that way next leg workout.
Today legs was a decent workout. Did leg press, extentions, curls, calf raises and light squats. Overall decent workout for getting back into legs. Weight was mod on leg press and heavy on other stuff. My knee acts up on leg press some times. I feel them now so ima deff feel them in the am even worse.
