When To Cruise

So at what point does one decide not to run pct and just cruise on test?

When they want to PCT?
Exercise--------1RM--------@ Weight
Flat Bench-----395lbs x2---198lbs
Deadlift---------600lbs---- --210lbs
Pull-ups---------52
Pushups--------2020 in 1 set, non-stop, no knees on ground etc, in 2H 8 mins.

Lol no what I mean is when does someone say "hey, I'm just going to continuously pin a lower dose of test year round" as oppose to cycling on and off. I've never cruised on anything and almost every time I get to pct, no matter how great or hoe much cash I put into it I always wind up either pulling a muscle or my joints start to hurt from the weight in lifting, so I pull back on how much I'm currently lifting and lose a good bit of gains. No grant it I don't think I've hit my "natural potential" yet and even though I lose some I'm a little bigger than before and a lot leaner it seems my body falls apart without the added gear.
Just looking for people's opinions on cruise vs cycle. I understand fully the blast/cruise concept though

You start cruising at that point in your life when you realize... You need 365 days of roids per year just to live with yourself.

I wish I could just blast hard all year and not have anything to worry about.

i do a dose once every two weeks or so atm. have done so for a long time now.  it's revitalizing the day of pinning and muscles feel full/spared for that first week.
