Contest Prep, Mr O, And Nationals

We'll figured I would give myself some extra motivation and log this so I can write stuff down.

I'm about 10-11 weeks out from my NQ, 3 weeks out from shoots at the Olympia, and, although not completely decided yet, I will probably be doing a national show spring/summer 2016 to go for a pro card.

I'll post my training as I go through it. Current split is below..

Chest/Tri
Back/bi
Legs
Off
Chest
Shoulders/abs
Arms
Off

I take off days more based on schedule although that's the plan from my coach.

Training day diet is..

Meal 1- 1 cup oats, 3 whole omega 3 eggs, 6 egg whites (usually add some spinach)

2- 7oz chicken, 1 cup Jasmine rice, 1 cup veggies

3- 7oz chicken, 8oz potatoes, 1cup veggies

4- 7oz chicken, 1 cup veggies

5 (preworkout)- 7oz lean ground beef, 1 cup Jasmine rice

6- 7oz chicken OR 2 scoops whey, 1.5c Jasmine rice (usually add spinach to this meal as well)

Think cals are around 3100. Off days are about the same except carbs are cut in half.

Drugs- currently running the following
800mg test cyp
600mg primo e*
525 tren ace
525 mast prop
50mg Anavar*
25mg tbol
10mg SD*
5iu hgh
50mcg T3

*just added 600mg primo e, 50mg anavar, and 10mg SD. I will most likely drop mast although I may run it through the Olympia. Will be adding 20mg pharm tbol and 10mg pharm winstrol tomorrow. The winny will be bumped closer to the shoot and then lowered back down to 10mg a day assuming no issues with joints. All other orals will be dropped after the Olympia until closer to contest time.

Currently adding more calories and growing while losing weight on the scale at the same time. First time that has ever happened since starting gear for me.

Cardio is 25min a day.

Weighing right at 219-220 with visible veins from lower abs up to my chest. Guessing around 8% bf.

My coach is known for bringing in clients shredded to the bone so I'm hoping for a full, hard, shredded stage weight around 203-205 and then add 2-3lbs of tissue to that by the time nationals rolls around.

Also have pharm anadrol the way and a years supply of growth. Ready to fuck shit up this year.

Thanks guys! Gonna be working hard this year.

Got my cardio later this morning and then hitting chest/tris tonight.

Got my pharm orals coming in this afternoon and pumped to jump on those. Weight this morning was 219 flat so I'm down about 12-13lbs in the last 4 weeks.

I'm men's physique so it's height class and I'm in class F usually depending on the classes at the show. If I were bbing I would be a heavyweight I believe.

Just popped some pharm tbol and winstrol. Can't wait to see how things come along now.

^poppee my winny and tbol yesterday.

Workout last night was chest/tris. Little low on sleep so that hit my endurance some but otherwise it was a decent workout. Strength has been dropping a little with the drop in weight.

Incline dumbbell 100x8x8x8x8x8
Incline fly 69x8x8x8x55x50
Pec dec ~180x8x8x8x8x10
Standing tbar barbell press 2 plates x8x8, 45+35x8, 45+25x8x7
Cable fly 30x8x8x8x8x8
Tricep pressdown 4 sets x8
Reverse pressdown 2 sets x8

*this was all my heaviest working sets and didn't count warm ups.

Got to the point at the end where I was losing mind musce connection (gonna call this MMC from now on lol). Sick ass pump though.

First time I've ever had pharm orals an they look gorgeous haha. Still too excitd about those. Will probably be using this source a lot more in the future.

Wide grip pull-ups bw x8x8x8x8x8 (also did 8 scapula contractions after each set of 8)
Wide grip cable row 240x8x8x8x8x8
Narrow cable pull down 210x8, 195x8x8, 180x8x7
Dumbbell row 120x8x8x8x8
Dumbbell curl (working only) 27.5x8, 27.5x8, 35x8x8

Definitely died hard the last 8-10 sets or so. Still getting used to the volume while trying to keep a really good mind muscle connection.

On a side note, people/friends were staring at the gym. Lean as fuck at 219. Gonna be fucking unreal at 210.

Last meal for the night is about to go down. 7oz chicken, 1.5c jasmine rice, and some sautéed spinach.

Changed up oils just a tiny bit
Test cyp 800mg
Primo e 600mg
Tren ace 525mg
Mast 300mg*

Orals
50mg anavar (ugl)
25mg tbol (ugl)
20mg tbol (pharm)
20mg winstrol (pharm)
10mg SD

*going to run mast through the olympia and then drop it cause I've been noticing some slight hair loss. Hoping it doesn't continue or worsen with the winstrol. Will drop orals for a while after the O as well.

Not huge things really. I like the compound overall and really like the polished look it gives so I usually add it in when I need to add the finishing touch. Just added it a couple days ago and I'll bring it back in a few weeks out from my show

Great looking back workout.  Love BBrows and mixing it up on the low pulley rows. Have you tried rope handles for rows?

 

I'm psyched for you. It's been since 93' I last competed. It's fun hard work.

Thanks man! And I've done some pulling work with the ropes before for rear delts but not too frequently.

Got legs tonight which is a brutal workout. Also got 3 800g tubs of glutamine in today (paid $15 each) so I'll be smashing a shitload of that post workout in hopes of walking tomorrow.

Weighed in at 217 this morning. Food goes up, weight comes down. Seriously loving what's going on right now!

Havent used it in a while but I've been big in BCAAs lately as they have helped recovery A LOT and figured 20-40g of glutamine post workout on my rough days would help.

Checked out muscle feast and damn stuff is not cheap. $42 for an 800g tub.

Also just got 11lbs of whey for $65 on a sale and 2.2lbs BCAAs for $32. Tryin to stock up when I find the sales

Read up on the brands of whey you are getting. Tons of them have been getting in trouble for amino spiking or having less protein than advertised (sometimes as low as 11% of what's on the label).

Muscle feast pricing is weird. Once your set up with "VIP" status which everyone gets and a sale goes on it's really not bad at all.

Their whey I got 5lbs for 39 bucks (purchased four of them).  The Glutamine I got 800 grams for 26. on sale.

 

I am not sure why they do it, but I like their products thus far.

Yea none of the shit I use has that going on. Lots put ass loads of taurine to amino spike. Its myprotein and there are a fair amount of tests on it
