Hit my 2nd solid chest workout for the week. Gonna take me a while to figure out best working weights with this new training where I can get/keep a good MMC.
First time doin flat movements in probably a year so they felt a little unstable.
Flat dumbbell 100x8x8x8x7x7
Flat dumbbell fly 55x8x8x8x8x8
Dumbbell pullover 75x10x10x10x10
Upright tbar press 2 plates x12, 2 & 1/4 x8x8, 2 x12x10
Pec dec 140x12, 180x8x8, 140x10, 160x8
Incline cable fly two sets of 8
Steep incline dumbbell fly 35x8x8
Felt good, good pump, and my chest is definitely thickening up nicely compared to what it was a few months ago.
Hit 15g BCAAs while training and then 25g glutamine after. Gonna wait a bit then smash my last meal of the day along with some growth, tren, and primo.
