WPI. I get unflavored. I don't like sweet flavored stuff.

What do you add it to or to it or do you just shotgun it??
Might have to check them out again because 40 for 5lbs of HQ WPI is a damn good deal.
Shipping still high or do they ship low cost of free now?

The last order was free shipping. I think the sale is over. They do the sale every six weeks about. Just sign up for their news letter.

 

I add unsweetened dark chocolate sometimes. sometimes alone. Mornings it goes in the smoothie.

 

I used get my protein from True and Prescription Nutrition, but the prices got high and the quality was suspect, imho.

I wish casein was cheaper cause I would take it over whey or isolate any day

Longer amino acid release. Whey is in quick but out just as quick. I'd rather have constant daily release but casein also fills you up more which is a plus for me right now

Legs last night

Quad extension 250x15, 265x15, 280x15x15
Squats (short rests) 225x10, 275x8x8x8, 225x8x8
Stiff legged deads 225x12, 275x10, 315x8x8
Leg press 3 plates/side x20, 4 plates x20x20x20
Hip thrusts 135x15x15x15x15
Donkey calve raises 6 sets working up to the whole stack (~300lbs)

Rest times were pretty short so that was a fairly brutal workout and definitely feeling it today.

I spent a lot of last year heavy back squatting and ended up with some compression in my lower back and sacroiliac so a few months at the chiropractor worked all that out. I'll probably be squatting every other workout and doing deadlifts the other workouts.

Off day today. Carbs are about cut in half

Meal 1: 1/2c oats, 3 whole eggs, 1 scoop whey or 6 egg whites

Meal 2: 7oz chicken, 1/2c jasmine, 1c veggies

Meal 3: 7oz chicken, 5oz potato, 1c veggies

Meal 4: 7oz chicken, 1c veggies

Meal 5: 7oz lean ground beef, 1/2c Jasmine

Meal 6: 7oz chicken and 1c veggies

Weight is down to 217. Think I may ask for a chest meal to add some extra Cals and slow weight loss with how it's going. First time I've cut this fast on 3200-3300 cals (training days at least)

Hit my 2nd solid chest workout for the week. Gonna take me a while to figure out best working weights with this new training where I can get/keep a good MMC.

First time doin flat movements in probably a year so they felt a little unstable.

Flat dumbbell 100x8x8x8x7x7
Flat dumbbell fly 55x8x8x8x8x8
Dumbbell pullover 75x10x10x10x10
Upright tbar press 2 plates x12, 2 & 1/4 x8x8, 2 x12x10
Pec dec 140x12, 180x8x8, 140x10, 160x8
Incline cable fly two sets of 8
Steep incline dumbbell fly 35x8x8

Felt good, good pump, and my chest is definitely thickening up nicely compared to what it was a few months ago.

Hit 15g BCAAs while training and then 25g glutamine after. Gonna wait a bit then smash my last meal of the day along with some growth, tren, and primo.

I don't know what to call them haha. Stick a barbell in a corner like a tbar row. Put a couple plates on and do a standing press while leaning into the bar.

Not sure if that explains it. Picture tbar row except it's a standing press. Absolutely epic for inner/upper chest and the pump from it is unreal.

I hear that, and I'm constantly having to google exercises I see guys post about.
Some of the new shit is even hard to explain without pointing someone to a 10min YouTube video.

Yea it is I was gonna try and find a pic but was lazy. It's one of my favorite pressing movements though and has contributed to much better overal chest development

Lean into the barbell at a slight angle, put your hands near the end (i do the double arm version), and keep your elbows in tight to your sides. The squeeze/contraction is amazing

Solid shoulder workout tonight. Haven't hit dumbbell presses in probably a year but just added them back in starting light

Warmup sets

Dumbbell shoulder press 80x8, 75x8x8x10, 80x7
Side laterals 45x10, 50x8x8x8x8
Front raises (palms up slow) 35x8,8,8 40x8, 35x8
Rear delt flys 27.5x12x12x12x12x12
Rear delt pec dec 5 sets of 12 pyramid weight up
Dumbbell Arnold press 35x8, 40x8, 45x8x8x8

Abs (superset)
Decline crunches 8 sets of 20
Weighted back hypers 3 sets of 12

Cardio 25min medium intensity

Only had 3 meals in me as opposed to my normal 5 meals but was surprisingly full/hard/vascular today. Things are shaping up nicely.

Hit arms today and looking by far the most insane I've ever looked. Sitting at 219 still but getting tighter and more vascular by the day.

Warmup

Dumbbell curls 35x8x8, 30x8, 35x8x8
Hammer curls 40x8x8 35x8, 40x8x8
Reverse curls 17.5x8x8x10x10x10
Tricep vbar 60x12, 70x12x12x10x10
Skull crusher 70x10x10x10x10x10 superset with light dumbbell curls for 5 sets of 8
Rope push down 60x10x10x10x10x10

Coach gave me a cheat meal today of a burger and two orders of fries so I'm pumped about getting that later!

Pounded down a five guys double hamburger last night and large fry in about 4 minutes. So damn good.

Off day today so I just hit my 40min of cardio.

Got chest tomorrow.

Still doing 20mf of winny a day but dropped the 20mg of tbol because I felt I was bloating a little. Probably in my head but I'll play with it at a later date.

Also swapped 10mg SD for 10mg msten. Got so much shit laying around I can never decide what I want to use lol.

Got my cals dropped a little this week sadly. Smashing chest here in a few hours and ready to kill it. Been sweet growing into this prep
