Contest Prep, Mr O, And Nationals

I'm about 10-11 weeks out from my NQ, 3 weeks out from shoots at the Olympia, and, although not completely decided yet, I will probably be doing a national show spring/summer 2016 to go for a pro card.
I'll post my training as I go through it. Current split is below..
I take off days more based on schedule although that's the plan from my coach.
Training day diet is..
Meal 1- 1 cup oats, 3 whole omega 3 eggs, 6 egg whites (usually add some spinach)
2- 7oz chicken, 1 cup Jasmine rice, 1 cup veggies
3- 7oz chicken, 8oz potatoes, 1cup veggies
4- 7oz chicken, 1 cup veggies
5 (preworkout)- 7oz lean ground beef, 1 cup Jasmine rice
6- 7oz chicken OR 2 scoops whey, 1.5c Jasmine rice (usually add spinach to this meal as well)
Think cals are around 3100. Off days are about the same except carbs are cut in half.
Drugs- currently running the following
800mg test cyp
600mg primo e*
525 tren ace
525 mast prop
*just added 600mg primo e, 50mg anavar, and 10mg SD. I will most likely drop mast although I may run it through the Olympia. Will be adding 20mg pharm tbol and 10mg pharm winstrol tomorrow. The winny will be bumped closer to the shoot and then lowered back down to 10mg a day assuming no issues with joints. All other orals will be dropped after the Olympia until closer to contest time.
Currently adding more calories and growing while losing weight on the scale at the same time. First time that has ever happened since starting gear for me.
Cardio is 25min a day.
Weighing right at 219-220 with visible veins from lower abs up to my chest. Guessing around 8% bf.
My coach is known for bringing in clients shredded to the bone so I'm hoping for a full, hard, shredded stage weight around 203-205 and then add 2-3lbs of tissue to that by the time nationals rolls around.
Also have pharm anadrol the way and a years supply of growth. Ready to fuck shit up this year.

Got my cardio later this morning and then hitting chest/tris tonight.
Got my pharm orals coming in this afternoon and pumped to jump on those. Weight this morning was 219 flat so I'm down about 12-13lbs in the last 4 weeks.

Hell yeah man! Definitely following! What weight class? I'm starting my bulk to obtain Heavy/superheavy status this week.
I'm men's physique so it's height class and I'm in class F usually depending on the classes at the show. If I were bbing I would be a heavyweight I believe.
Just popped some pharm tbol and winstrol. Can't wait to see how things come along now.
