I have a hard times eating my daily servings of greens and veggies. I have resorted to making green shakes with kale, cilantro, parsely, spinach etc..flavored with oranges, berries, pommagranite seed and the like to sweeten it up.

Anyone else have any special ways that they like to get their daily dose of veggies?

Yeah I Man Up and eat 2-3lbs a day.
Goes great with my 3-4lbs of meat.

But really what's so hard about eating some veggies?

Damn. I guess that's a good way to lose weight since they provide so few macros. Smart.

Plus I make different dips and sauces for them and it keeps me from eating junk.

Don't see why you can't keep blending up your veggies the way you're doing it now. It sounds like it tastes pretty good. Whenever I get my veggies in, I can't help but loading it with sodium in some fashion.

I want a new blender now.

Blending is good, but I really like a fatty salad even better. No iceberg lettuce, just all the woody shit like kale, shredded cabbage, and other weird greens. Top it off with a quality dressing like vinegar and oil and it's the bomb.

When bulking I add stuff like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cheese, fruit, and meat is always good bulk or cut.

I do occasionally use a green powdered drink. A good one is called Emerald Balance, taste is ok, but sometimes the discount store is out so I will buy the Trader Joe's "green drink"

NOT the same as actual veggies, but if I miss a meal I will have a scoop. Usually have a few scoops a week on cycle.

If you can't eat veggies, get the pre-seasond packs. Like the "broccoli in light butter sauce" type thing. A few more cals than palin veggies, but you buy 20 bags of assorted ones and nuke one once a day and done.

I like my spinach this way, creamy. More cals as you said but far more tasty.

I just throw a bag of steamed broccoli and greens in a blender and eat/drink it down. Its like baby food, but a little water helps that. Add some lemon juice sometimes if I want some tang.

I wouldn't enjoy them blended up. That's just disgusting. I still have all my teeth and my jaw isn't wired shut anyway. Is it that you are just too lazy to chew?. Or that you can't wait until your so old you can't chew your food anymore?.

I blend my 900 cal morning shake because I can't stomach that much food in the morning. I can sip it but if I tried to eat it if feel full/sick and it would hamper my morning workouts. I don't do it for enjoyment though, merely to get my calories in.

Dude. What? Yeah its not the best tasting but throw in a smidge of fruit and stevia and its like a smoothie. Besides. I chug it all at once. Taste comes second to me. I get my macros and micros no matter what. Even if I gotta down some sludge every once in a while

Some guys who I thought were more experienced than me told me to not eat fruit only veggies. These guys were geared up and I was naive so I listened to them. I started feeling like shit for the longest time. I started eating fruit again and omg I've never felt better in my life. Eat your veggies and fruit...ALWAYS! Neither will make you fat.

I've actually taking a liking to a shake made with a ton of kale/asparagus/romaine lettuce, a whole avacado (with the seed, which my blender pulverizes), and some protein powder. I read the avacado seed (if organic) contains a variety of nutritional benefits in addition to containing a ton of fiber. I enjoy this addition because this shake gives me a lot of energy and keeps me full..

I've been finding I can down tons of blended uncooked greens much easier then it would be for me to eat the same amount in a salad or sauteed. I've been eating salads too but the blender has def been helping me consume more of those leafy greens..

I have a shake for my first meal every day.
Spinach, broccoli, mixed berries are always in it. Few hundred grams worth.
Simple and effective. Also tasty. If it ain't broke

I use frozen mixed berries. Cheap as Hell, and lasts.
Frozen veg too.
I eat fresh fruit for enjoyment, same with salads.

I will use frozen fruit as a back up but found that blueberries actually last about a week, and buying a large container at Costco let's me get 3/4 cup ED perfectly fine.
I'll throw a banana in there and they too last about a week if you buy them slightly green.
