Currently just cruising sitting @218 and hitting some good #'s. Ditched the old school gym I have grown to love for a commercial gym(lots of variety) more rest days have been very beneficial.
Heres a few prs I hit the past couple weeks

Def. Go by feel, I have a program routine but no specific days connected to them I just check em off my board and repeat.

Taking the day off, im lowering cruise dose and gonna gets the shredz. Im 218lb and im shooting for 190lb. No slab training anymore, will focus on tut and reps.
Im dropping milk, all fat kid food, and pre w\o carbs.
Cardio will be running after w/o.
I put all this on my goal board and look foward to some change.

Yeah just 250mg of test c which I will lower to 125mg a week, 70mg of mestebol a day, and when supports arrive some winny@20mg
Only got enough mest for a month and 5 weeks of winny.

I swear when I smoke I attract weird people like they gravitate towards me. Had a guy I havent seen since I was 18 and a trainer tells me I got big/great and should do exhibits, not sure what he meant by exhibits I just smiled and walked away and it creeped me out the more I thought about it. Than some ogre bro wants me to take a selfie of him posing in the mirror just with me beside of him. Besides the weird encounters good w/o I needed that. Weight was 210 before gym, moon face and stomach fat/bloat is going fast im excited to see what these next weeks bring. Yesterday I went to the mall and the 1st thing I smell is burger king.. Very tempted but held off, The hunger for fat boy food is alarming.
