Nope you're not alone. I thought it was my phone's browser but it could access any other site. Then the same happened with my laptop. Yet last 24 hours I've been able to get it up and the site is running just opposed to the previous 3 days.

So far just the ordering part :-(. Nostrum is supposed to get my package going, but I think there is only so much he can do. The wait is excruciatingly long. I definitely won't order again...at least if/until they get the shipping down to the nationwide norm of 2-3 days like every other place. It's been more like 2-3 weeks and my package is still just sitting there sleeping lol.

Seems like the people who never receive their stuff are in the minority -- a minority I am hoping not to join.  Just a whole lot of people who have had to wait 3-6 weeks.

 

I'm not planning on using it for a few months, so I can wait.

I made an order about 10/days ago and received a package within 5. The order was wrong but Nost is working on it, it came through way faster that previous orders that I'd placed some time ago. I think he'll make it right

Wow I have been ordering well over the last year and only once had to wait 4 weeks for my order. I placed an order Oct 4th got the tracking email Oct 5th. And received my order today.

Never had an issue either. But I haven't ordered since last year. I see all of these posts and it makes me worried when I'll have to place a Trestoderm order at some point in the near future.
