Hy, starting my LGI Triumphalis and Olympus Labs Tr3st log.

 

Here is a iltte bit of background of me, first i wanted to do a Nanodrol Cycle but will reserve it for later as part of a bigger plan for the next Summer ;)

 

My Stats: 31y 6‘1 213 22% (Navy) ... Lifting Weights since three years.

 

Goal: Dropping bodyfat while getting stronger on the main lifts (although i will not max out on cycle but rather established new 3,5,8 etc rep maxes) and i will focus on my lagging upper body, especially chest.

 

Training: I will hop on Mike Chang’s Six Pack Shortcuts Trainings routine of which i expect dramatic changes alone… nah just fukkn… Training  will be a RPE/Bodybuilding Hybride, basiclly Squat/Bench, Deadlift/Bench and Squat/Bench were will do a top set of 3-5 reps @rpe 8/9 than drop the load some percent and do a couple of sets until the speed slows down. Followed by a more Bodybuilding focused Routine which i will alternate Chest, Back Shoulders and Arms. I am also planning to do some active recovery.

LGI Triumphalis: 30/45/60/60/60/60

Olympus Labs DermaTREST: 50/50/50/50/50/50

Olympus Labs Tr3st: 25/25/25/25/25/25 pre workout

LGI Damage Controle: 4/4/4/4/4/4

Antaeus labs Achilles: 4/4/4/4/4/4

Muscle Research Forma Stanzol v3: 3 Pumps ed

 

PCT:

Torem: 90/60/60/30/30

Aromasin: 0/0/12.5/12.5/6.75/6.75 eod (on workout day as pwo)

DAA: 3,2g

Day 1

 

Took 15mg triumph with 2 caps Damage Controle at 12 am and 15mg triumph with 25 mg trest 6 hours later.

After the trest i would notice a little bit of warming and was kinda more focused also had some headache but nothing to speak of.

Day 2
 
total dosage today was 30mg triumph, 50mg trest and 3 pumps forma, i felt the 25mg trest pre workout pretty good, usually my pre workout drink is like 75mg dmaa, 400mg coffee and a bunch of
other shit. Since on cycle i will avoid stims i had just a herbal energizer lol hit some deads 462 for 3 reps and did a backoff set with 405 for 5, followed by some bench.
 
its only day 2 and i felt really good in the gym, could be placebo or i am just megahyped :D

Day 3

 

today just active recovery a bit chest and cardio. Feeling good no sides so far. Tomorrow will be the first day with 75mg trest, 50 in the morning and 25 pre workout, can't wait until the triumph kicks in :)

Day 4

 

25mg trest and 15mg triumph six hours before Workout and 50mg trest and 15mg triumph pre workout. For some reason i thought trest had a 12 hour half life but it's rather 2 hours lol so from now i will take it closer the workout like today.

 

So today was the first day of 75mg trest and at the gym i felt like shit :( zero motivation and weak :(

 

Yesterday i had again a little bit headache and i have some "pump" or something particularly in my left forearm and i feel from time to time little "needle stings" in my both arms. Nothing to speak of but just weird :)

 

weight 216,5 just a 0,1% BF increase to yesterday according to the scale.

Hey sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. 

 

I noticed you are using Damage Control, have you been checking your Blood Pressure at all?

Nah i feel good but maybe i just expected too much from the 50mg trest. I also stop my coffee intake cold so maybe thats why the headache. 

 

I check from time to time but have not on cycle, i will check tomorrow.

Day 5 Weight 217,8 (but i have eaten pretty big before bed)
 
Usually my blood pressure is around 130/70 i measured it today upon waking and it was 122/59 
Diastolic is always on the low side dont know what that means but i heard its good.
 
Today is rest day but i will later walk a bit around the block.
 
No Sides.

Day 6 Weight 220,5 (+7,5)

 

lol i guess i have to check my diet, but i eat clean the last weeks especially two weeks before and as the cycle startet. Just a minimal increase at Waist but i guess this day dependent. Maybe look little bloated but more like 1-2 pounds more not 7,5 lol

 

This stuff is definitely doing something to my arms, as i mention some "needle stings" it feels like from time to time something is running thru my arms, feels weird/nice^^ 

 

Hit the gym later today.

Did some Bench and BB stuff, i look fuller and have more vascular arms but i am a bit weaker than the last weeks. That makes me think that the laxogenin and Epicatechin that i took during my mini pct after a Sarm Cycle had some impact on my strength. Anyway it's still first the sixth day. :)

Day 7 Weight 221,75 (+8,75)

 

Shit the bloat is real, gained  last night like 1 inch on my waist lol what can i do to stop or controle this? less carbs? less calories? less trest?

At least the Strength is coming, nothing crazy but felt good today. Also consider to take the 75mg trest on training days 25mg at 12AM, 15PM and 18PM and not 25mg 12AM and 50mg 18PM like today.

 

Tomorrow starts Week 2 which mean 45mg triumph, should i take 30mg first and 15mg pre Workout or the other way around?

Couldn't Sleep last Night do to a nap in the afternoon so i am a little lighter today. Rest Day, took 45mg triumph today.

Still no sides like rapid heartbeat or so :)

Hit some deads yesterday, felt stronger than the days before and had today no DOMS :)

I always like splitting my dose and/or taking one pre workout.
