Hy, starting my LGI Triumphalis and Olympus Labs Tr3st log.
Here is a iltte bit of background of me, first i wanted to do a Nanodrol Cycle but will reserve it for later as part of a bigger plan for the next Summer
My Stats: 31y 6‘1 213 22% (Navy) ... Lifting Weights since three years.
Goal: Dropping bodyfat while getting stronger on the main lifts (although i will not max out on cycle but rather established new 3,5,8 etc rep maxes) and i will focus on my lagging upper body, especially chest.
Training: I will hop on Mike Chang’s Six Pack Shortcuts Trainings routine of which i expect dramatic changes alone… nah just fukkn… Training will be a RPE/Bodybuilding Hybride, basiclly Squat/Bench, Deadlift/Bench and Squat/Bench were will do a top set of 3-5 reps @rpe 8/9 than drop the load some percent and do a couple of sets until the speed slows down. Followed by a more Bodybuilding focused Routine which i will alternate Chest, Back Shoulders and Arms. I am also planning to do some active recovery.
