Yo champs

On a. Hammer strength bench press machine, if say pushing 100kg/220lbs, what would you expect the same person to do normal bench press barbell at? Maybe 80kg/176lbs?

You can't really compare the two. For one the strength hammer machine you're not stabilizing the weight at all. Now I'm the type of person where if someone is stabilizing the weight when I bench I can easily push up an extra 30-50lbs. But if we want to throw a safe number out I would say a person can do about 75% on the conventional bench compared to what they could do on strength hammer.

on the hammer strength machines, which I miss from my old gym, I was about 50kg stronger. In my opinion totally different exercises, don't try and compare the two.
