Stats: 5' 10"
15%ish bf(probably higher)
24 years old
Lifting for 2 years
Ran h-drol at 75mg/day for 4 weeks about a year ago.
Lifts: squat: 365
Bench: 95x7 db incline (don't barbell due to wrestling injury)
Calories will be at 3600 to start, will adjust based on weight. However if I'm still hungry after hitting my cals, I'll go over.
Running PPL, rest and repeat

Took 30mg preworkout. Didn't feel much in the way of strength gains yet. Endurance was slightly up and pump was better.
Incline db: 75x10, 85x10, 95x7, 95x6, 80x7, 70x7, 60x12
All reps pyramiding down are paused.

PRd bent over rows 135x10, 155x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x8, 185x10, 185x10
Previous PR was 225x6.
PRd seated db shoulder press 55x10, 65x10, 75x8, 65x8, 55x10, 50x10
Previous PR was 75x7
All accessories were up too
Day 5: rest day, weight 180
Not much to report today other than almost no DOMs which is good considering yesterday was Halloween. Destroyed a 3000 calorie pizza last night at like 3am and woke up at 9am with no bloat. Like I've seen in other threads, it seems like diabolix enhances nutrient partioning.

First session I've been able to squat in almost 3 weeks due to a rugby injury. No rep increases on my higher effort sets but I'll take it after being out for so long.
Squat: 185x5, 225x5, 245x5, 275x3, 295x3, 315x3, 325x3, 315x3, 275x3
Dl: 315x10, 335x 8, 365x5, 385x3, 405x3, 385x3, 365x5

Finally some noticeable strength gains arrived.
Incline db: 75x10, 85x10, 95x9, 95x8, 85x6, 70x8, 60x10
Pretty much gassed myself after the second set of 95s but I won't complain about adding 4 reps.

Strength is still going up in the gym. Pumps are great. I had to rest a bit after shoulders just to move my arms without pain.
The preworkout I used today did not agree with my second dose of diabolix at all. Felt lightheaded after most sets.
As far as the weights, I added another rep to my max set of both rows and seated db shoulder press.

I wasn't able to sleep the night before due to a project I needed to finish.
The workout was pretty bad today. Only hit 325 for a double when my goal was for 4.
Day 11: chest, weight 178
No strength increases but endurance was up and I noticed veins in my traps and chest during flies so my vascularity has definitely increased.

Day 12: back, weight 180
bent over rows: new PR of 225x 10
Seated db shoulder press: new PR of 75x9
Day 13: legs, weight 182
Squats: hit 315x3, 325x3, 315x3 ATG. Previous were all slightly below parallel
Day 14: chest, weight 177
Incline db: 85x10, 95x10, 100x7 pretty stoked about my heaviest set today. That was my PR last winter bulk when I was about 200 lbs

I'm watching but mostly scrolling threw it. I don't need to know your workouts or food or anything. Only thing I'm interested in is gains, not whole workouts. Gains, sides....I have some I still haven't run yet. Scrolled threw a bunch of logs, most say they start seeing high bp sides anything over 60mg.
Bring Ment back please.
