oral dosing only

from what I gather just buy some powder,

measure out ml's of how much liquid  desired

mix it with alcohol-like vodka, or whiskey or rum?  saw some people mixing with cool aid for flavor or water?

for the powdre mg amount, do some basic math with what you want your mg per ml to be,

put everything in something like a dropper like purity supplements comes in

,and good to go.

 is this right?

Yup. Higher proof will stop it from cashing most likely. My need to heat up to get into solution.

You can also use olive oil for many powders.

But making a super low concentrated formula with alcohol is more fun.

Thank you 's

how does the powder somehow get evenly distributed so that in every ml its the same amount of mg's?

yeah saw I might need to heat up.   is this for better distribution of powder?    how would it be heated-would microwave work?

is the heat a first time thing only when mixing the solution?

You can also use olive oil for many powders.

is this  well known good way to make sure everything is evenly distributed, so getting correct amount of mg per ml?

would alcohol dissolve and distribute the powder more equally than olive oil?

how about coconut oil?

Why does anyone post in this section?. Anyway, I wouldn't heat up alcohol in the microwave. Not a smart move. If it's a "suspension" you are trying to make, the powder is suspended in the solution, not dissolved.  As long as you shake it up really well before dosing it should be distributed evenly.

Be careful heating alcohol. Its boiling point is 173°f. But mix it with water to get a few more degrees tolerance as water boils at 212°f.

I always use everclear... From my understanding of it it gives you the best chance of it holding...  Tastes like crap but it's 1 ml of liquid.. Chase it with a little o.j. or just man up.

From an efficacy basis, is there much (any) difference between powders mixed in a solution vs those mixed in suspension?

Yes there is a difference.
Google solvent, solute and solution.

Doubtful. It is still just and oral. Little difference between these and caps/tablets. May be easier for dosing as opposed to measuring out mgs and capping as the powder will be equally distributed in the liquid.

personally I do 25% alcohol (everclear) and 75% peg400. my liquid letro is actually 100% peg400 and is holing perfectly. I get some mio drink mix to flavor the solution. dbol though I used all everclear but sor mk677 and ostarine peg400 worked well and keeps in solution just fine. much cheaper this way then buying pills, caps, and premade liquid.

only difference is I feel like it kicks in a little faster because theres no waiting for the capsule or pill to dissolve. it starts absorbing from the moment it hits the tongue.
