Would love to give this a shot. I am a long time devotee to LGI and have enjoyed every product I have tried, that being said, I can assure a thorough and detailed log in keeping with my recent Dianodrol and XI-KT logs on here.

I am 32 yrs young.

224 6ft

I am in grad school and desperately value restful sleep. I am not currently using any sleep aids.

I experience bouts of insomnia several nights per week. Often during the winter months this occurs more frequently. Melatonin does nothing for me solo and lately neither does my small dose of trazodone. I have taken Ambien and Lunesta (seperate occasions) and they only put me out for 3-4 hours. The one thing that has worked for me lately is hydroxyzine. I prefer not to take it often though as it makes me sleep in FAR TOO LONG and I wake feeling groggy and sluggish. Hydroxyzine also carries anti-cholinergic properties of which I am not a fan.

I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to sleep aids, therefore I can make accurate comparisons.

I have over 25 years of sleep experience. Certified in REM sleep and feline naps. I have been registered to use my skills in many different environments including inside of vehicles, under trees, and on sofas. In all adverse weather conditions.

I used Lunesta for years, but for the cost per pill without insurance (like $10 last I checked) I've moved on to other stuff.

I've been cycling Trazodone, Benadryl, Melatonin for a few years now with decent results.

Like bowskie mentioned, Hydroxyzine leaves me sedated for too long (Benadryl as well sometimes, but not others).

Another decent alternative is https://en.wikipedia.../Dimenhydrinate. It's Dramamine in the US - it has Benadryl, but also a mild stimulant, so it tends not to have the long term drowsiness effect like Benadryl and Hydroxyzine.

Anyway, I'd be interested in checking out a novel new sleep aid.

With the absolute insanity that has been my job for the last couple of years, I would love to try this. I am tired of being tired.

Would log if needed. Sick of only melatonin. I also work midnights so would love to tinker with something new to pass out and stay out.

I'd be interested.  Had sleep issues pretty much my whole life. Brain doesn't shut down.  Grandmother has the same issue.

I currently take xanax for sleep.  Use to take a 5th of vodka or 3-4 4 locos.  Not even kidding.  Did this 360 nights a year for a couple years.

Melatonin does absolutely nothing for me.  L dopa extract helps a few days a week but my tolerance seems to build up quickly to it.

Tried trazadone and ambien in the past.  Didn't like either.  I'm currently getting about 5 1/2 hours of sleep a night but I'm on cycle so I seem to metabolize my xanax a bit faster than normal IMO.

^ ditto. Would love for someone to create a product that does not contain melatonin too. Hate that stuff.

I can't ever seem to wake up from melatonin. I'm groggy(functioning at like 60%) for a few hours after waking up.
