So another thing I've noticed is constant energy.... I feel amped today!! And I've completely cut out all stims except coffee. Well coffee, inositol, choline, l-tyrosine, but that combo never made me amped, just focused. This is different.

 

My traps are feeling better today, so tonight I'll be back in the gym. My last workout crushed me. It was only supposed to be a burner, but crap, the DOMS have been pretty deadly...It was a crossfit class btw, working in a couple a week as burners...

 

5 Chinups, EMOM (every minute on the minute)
8 min EMOM
 

10min break afterwards, and then:

For Time:

35 Cals on the Rower
35 Box Jumps (24")
35 Sit Ups
35 KB Swings (53lbs)
35 Front Lunges (Barbell on Back)
35 Hang Squat Cleans (45)
35 Hand release pushups (did these instead of muscle-ups)

Finished in about 20min. I suck at the cardioz...
Everything was fine and dandy till the 35 KB swings, after that, my lungs were imploding...

 

Tonight is bench / upper body volume day. Should be fun times. For people who may not like crossfit, don't worry, there will be lots of heavy lifting being logged as well.

Forgot to mention in here.... I had surgery for a SLAP tear 3 yrs ago (plus bicep tenodesis and removal of my bursa). I am also training around a minor SLAP tear in the opposite shoulder (right side). This is why my right trap acts up from time to time.

 

So if anyone reading this has had prior injuries/surgery etc, hopefully the log will be helpful regarding ipamorelin/mod-gf on my shoulders/joints, as well as how dien will be on joints. I also have a herniated disc at the junction of my T-spine and lumbar. My squatting and oly lifting is ok, but limited to a 1RM of 300# squat right now. It took me 1 year of rehab for my back after that injury, but I dodged surgery and am lifting fine now, but with some caution.

My right trap (upper and lower) is still tight so I've been rehabing/stretching/TENS stimming it the past couple days. Went to gym this morning but only benched and kept things easy. Should only have to do this for the next week. Heat/TENS should take care of this. I'd been slacking with my TENS lately.

 

Today's workout:

 

Warmup (did some rehab type work)

D1/D1 PNF shoulder work with blue band

10 reps high x 2 x 2

10 reps low x 2 x 2

 

Stretch internal/external rotation

 

Barbell bench

Bar x 10 x 2
95 x 10 x 2
135 x 10
195 x 5
225 x 1
225 x 1

Single arm KB bench press

18kg x 10 x 2
18kg x 10 x 2

 

Note: started doing these for anti-rotational benefits in the core

Right shoulder was tight the whole time, kept stretching and mobilizing throughout workout. Using heat/TENS this afternoon.

 

So I've got a ton of PTO time to burn this year at work, and I've taken extra long weekends for the rest of this year, plus a week or two completely off. Going to have a lot of time to focus on training, etc.

Day 5

 

Nothing really to report yet.

 

Sleep: Fine... actually waking up feeling more refreshed lately. I can spring out of bed most mornings now

Mood: Fine

 

Shoulder/trap is much better today but I'm working from home and will keep putting heat/TENS stim on it and will mix up some BPC-157 to use for the next 4 weeks, just to be safe. I don't want to waste this cycle on any potential injuries. Will use BPC-157 billaterally.

 

Deciding how to train tonight. Might do some oly lifting and a crossfit metcon. They are doing front-squats, squat-cleans, deadlifting and doing push-jerks today for the strength portion (prescribed weight is #185). The conditioning portion is 10 rounds of 5 pullups / 10 pushups / 15 air squats.

 

Deciding to either do the above, or squat and work my way up to reps of 2-3, followed by 5 sets of 10 for volume, which usually destroys me and makes me a sweaty mess. I'd likely do core work after this too. This 2nd option would give my shoulders a bit of a break.

 

edit: started 12.5mcg T3, will bump to 25mcg in a few days and keep it there.

Sleep: had insomnia last night, woke up every hour to piss (was fairly clear)...felt fine in morning though, good energy

 

Other notables: had cramping in gym, couple new spots on back

 

Starting to feel some extra glycogen retention.

 

Yesterday's workout

Notes: Definitely feeling stronger today because this all felt easy. Only problem I had was my last rep. My knee made a weird noise on my way down, and it made me stop in the hole. I practically had to lift that last rep back up with my back. First time lifting that much weight from a resting position though.

Barbell squat (lighter accessory lift) - took off belt

Had planned to do 5 rounds of rowing/sit-ups but my core started cramping. Going to need to start upping the electrolytes / taurine I think.

 I had started using BPC-157 for my shoulders, so when I got home, I just pinched the skin over my kneecap and shot 200mcg sub-q. Knee feels great today. I don't know if it actually works to repair (hoping so), but it definitely works for pain.

Day 7

 

Here's a lil check-in of where I'm at:

 

40mg Tr1umph

150mg Dienolone TD

 

100mcg ipa/100mcg mod-gf - morning and night

BPC-157 - 200mcg bilaterally in shoulders, 200mcg in knee, at night

 

Thinking of upping the pace again tonight since my shoulder is feeling great. What I'm thinking of doing:

 

Bench press heavy (I aim to bench twice a week, same with squatting)

followed by

Bench press  X Chinup superset/giant set - 5 rounds of 10 reps each, no breaks

 

semi-big break, a refuel, and then

 

Test 1RM on Clean & Press

immeditiately followed by

"Grace" = 30 Clean & Presses (135#) for time (crossfit class)

 

I don't usually do these metcons right after lifting, but today's class is perfect, and suits my upper body day. I'm going to have to take a decent break and get some carbs/protein in though (and roll out/mobilize my traps + shoulders). But I will aim to get all of this in....I have the next 2 days off work, so I will have plenty of time to recover in style (TENS, magnesium oil, heat, stretching, mobility work and rest).

Thanks, and no problem at all. I've never cut/recomped on a progestin before (and never used dien before either), so I'm really curious to see how this cycle compares to my usual EQ + mast + Tbol cutter/recomp.

Notes: Finished last in the class, but for everyone else, it was only their first workout of the day lol... I almost puked... Got my TENS unit on EMS mode along with some heat right now

Day 8

 

Not much to report. Sleep is ok now, but I've been taking sleeping aids and peps. That one night of insomnia could've been due to a project launch the next day at work that I had to wake up early for. There's also been no negative impact on libido or performance.

 

Definitely feeling tighter. Not sure about vascularity increase, I had decent vascularity before. Once I drop some more weight, it'll be gnarly. My very long run with DTA/DTC got me real vascular, along with a 7-8 month cycle of EQ/mast that I did last year (was a bit long, yes lol).

 

Btw, I'm still waiting on my labs from a physical I had done before I started all of this. I was going to wait to see the labs, but hey, some overlap is fine and I doubt anything is wrong. Will likely receive them today/tomorrow in the mail. I rarely run orals, so I don't expect anything to be out of place.

 

I'm off work today/tomorrow and might do some work towards planning my next run (trest ace + epistane + mast or ???).

Trest is pretty strong im not sure mast would make much of a difference. Test prop with trest ace and either epi as a kicker or finisher, its pretty versatile.

I was thinking of adding mast to that for extra hardening effects and to work with epi to keep things dry. Mast also greatly lowers SHBG which strengthens the other compounds in use by allowing more of it to be free. Maybe winny would be a better choice though.

Lean bulk. I'm making sure I'm lean going into it, so I'm looking to further harden and grow, while looking for some graininess (and strength).

Hey guys, so I got my labwork back from my physical. My liver values are all great. A couple values are skewed and I'll need to address them especially since I'm on, but I don't think they are very bad otherwise my doctor would've called me.

 

Total Cholesterol is fine: 159

My HDL is below range: 39  

My LDL is in range: 110

My triglycerides are fine: 75

 

My HDL/LDL ratio is pretty bad. Should I add more EVOO, Coconut oil, and maybe niacin to my diet?

 

My Urea Nitrogen is at top of range: 25 (7-25) - anything I should do for this?

 

My CBC panel is skewed:

 

Hgb is HIGH 18.3 G/dL  (range is 12-15)

Hct is HIGH 53.3% (range is 42-52) not too bad - I'll give blood soon

Baso % is HIGH 4.6% (range is 0-2) not sure what this is?

Baso # is HIGH 0.3 (range is 0.0 - 0.2) again, not sure what this is?

For on cycle bloods, that ain't bad at all. I'd throw some cialis in if you aren't already as it will help protect your veins from plaque build up. I'd only worry about those values if they were off cycle.

Baso is an inflammation marker tied to a type of white blood cell. I wonder if it might even be connected with your training.
