Notes: been out of the gym since last week due to a storm and sickness, so I'm hitting a bit of everything today

Notes: it's Thursday today and I've gotta skip the gym... sucks... last week I maxed out on my squat then followed that up with a big 5x5 set with no belt and my herniated discs didn't seem to like that afterwards. I've had big pain in the side of my mid-back since then (seratus/intercostal area on my left side), been trying to roll it out with a lacross ball / rumble roller / electrostim. I'm also getting some shooting zaps down my leg into my calf. Doc tells me it's from a nerve (in my back). Fuck this shit. I'll bounce back quick though, I always do from this.
Going to do upper body work from home today, and situps on my abmat.
