Hey Guys,

This is my first post here. Wanted to jump right in and give you guys some info. Started my epi cycle today.

Am currently bulking and thought a short 4 week epi cycle would be quite beneficial to strength gains.

Some info about myself:

18

188cm

92kg

13% BF (more or less)

5 rep max squat = around 165kg

5 rep max bench = around 105kg

5 rep max deadlift = around 175kg

Quite optimistic but nevertheless hoping to bump up each compound lift by about 10kgs by the end of the 4 weeks. Not expecting too much weight gain but would be nice if I hit 96kg by the end of the cycle too. Will be eating high carbs and protein, low to medium fat intake.

Started my first day today, running 20mg for the first week and then will bump up to 40/40/40 for rest of cycle.

I'm currently following a program similar to arnold's blueprint to mass, following similar rep ranges and exercises but will be incorporating a bit more strength training, exercises are quite limited as am in boarding school. Health and Safety etc etc.

Day 1: Chest/Back

Haven't had a rest day in around 2 weeks but am very pumped to get started.

Started off with 7 sets of bench, built up to 110  - hit 3 reps on 7th set at 110. Disappointed.

Followed this by incline bench, barbell, went light - 70kg for sets of 10.

4x10 lightweight flys

pullovers, lightweight focusing on contraction.

Finished with cable flys, single arm - sets of 12.

Didn't go too hard on back, didn't do any deadlifts as I have a neck injury due to rugby.

Did some simple exercises. Rows, pulldowns, db rows etc.

Hope you find the posts useful, will try and post every day and will report symptoms/sides if there are any.

Hey champ, ur a bit young hitting epi IMO but too late for that now I guess.

U can bulk on a epi cycle but it's far better a hormone to cut on...........but strength gains should be there. U should of ran Dimethabold IMO.

Now more importantly, what on cycle supports u running as epi is quite toxic. And what's your pct regime?

Mainly aiming for some strength gains and increased vascularity. Will be cutting over Christmas. Currently running cycle shield by Pure labs until my other on cycle gets here. Will be following with a short pct, will be clomid by German pharmaceuticals, same brand as epi is from.

Never heard of dimethabold before, got some info?

I feel stronger already, most probably just placebo but optimistic with this run.

Yes 18 is quite young, really hoping for a sponsorship at some point in the near future, no idea where to get started though.

Just a quick update on what other supps I am taking:

Pwo : C4

Gold standard, isolate by extreme labs and sometimes throw in some Casein by muscletech.

Bcaa's : by BSN supps

Will be adding in some creatine probably one week in.

Diet is reasonably good, sometimes quite difficult getting the calories in due to boarding school.

Will post my shoulders/arms workout from today below.

Thanks for reading guys! If you have any questions, do ask.

Will be cycling clen for a 4 week cut after PCT, then might follow that up with a SARM for recomp. Still doing some research on SARMS, got any advice?

Hit arms and shoulders today, feeling pretty strong. Seems unlikely epi kicked in this fast.

Started off with shoulders;

3x12 lightweight DB press - 25kg

arnold press lightweight x 10 - 20kg db

lateral raises x 10

front raises x 10

Followed by triceps:

Close grip bench - only went up to 70kg, quite sore after working chest

4 skullcrushers x 8

6 pushdowns x 10

3 tricep kickbacks x 12

3 reverse pushdowns x 10

biceps :

4 sets Standing curls, 25kg x 8

barbell curl : 4 sets of 6-10 reps, followed by 2 sets of 21's.

incline curls : 6 reps per set

hammer curls to finish off : 10 reps per set

So far no sides, feels like Endurance is up during training as i'm needing less rest... will continue running 20mg until second week.

Current weight : 92.3 (I tend to fluctuate quite a bit)

Thanks for following and reading, am happy to answer any questions

OP have u ran anything else before or is this your first time?

Epi a strong compound and yes 4 weeks too short IMO. Then your jumping into a clen cut, God I hope you've ran that before. Fuk that up and in a world of pain champ.

I would stick at it longer with This epi cycle staying on 20mg for 6 weeks I think it should take you. Don't be in a rush to use all these hormones champ. Your only 18, your test levels will be at the highest they will ever be for the next 3-5 years. Use these years to perfect your diet and training. Lift heavy, eat huge, rest and repeat. I promise u, your wasting these DS like epi as its suppressing your test levels low when at your age they are naturally at their highest.

Might run for 3 weeks at 40mg after my week of 20g and then dose down to 20mg for the last week depending on whether I have enough epi left.

You guys can follow my Instagram to check my progress over the next few weeks if you like : Barhuge

Currently not experiencing any negative sides. Endurance seems way up already though.

Nothing noteworthy today, hit legs pretty hard - strength seems up too.

Hit 140 for an easy 8 reps, feels like I could have done 15 easily but knee wraps were too tight so couldn't feel my legs so stopped there.

Hitting chest and back again tomorrow, hoping to see some strength increase on my bench.
