I am an alchemist and I believe in better living through considered chemistry. I've had good success with logging my experiments on PHF and I am quite pleased to introduce my next chapter.

 

My plan is to use Vicious Lab's Necroplasm (MK 677) and compare it to previous hormonal experience with Osta RX, XI-KT and Dianodrol. 

 

I realize fully that MK may not directly compare to such products but I'll leave that concern to the bench and squat rack to decide.

 

I train as intensely as I can and focus on health, wellness and spirituality along various external outputs. I am as interested in strength as I am in overall athleticism and success in all areas of life. 

 

Overall, my focus is not really on bulking or cutting but rather maintenance with recomp driven fat-loss as an optimal achieved end.

 

I am 32 years old, have been training with passion for a decade and currently weigh 222 at 6ft.

 

In keeping with past logs, I will be as detailed as possible and will feature all my workouts and day to day impressions.

 

 

My Stack is Looking Like:

 

Necroplasm 20mg

Ursolic Acid 2 Teaspoons

Green Tea Extract 2 x 400mg

Noopept 2-3 x 20-30mg

Huperzine A 200mg x 2-3

Dandelion Extract

Alpha GPC

Ashwaganda

Holy Basil

Cissus Quadrangularis

Creatinol-o-Phosphate

Creatine HCL

 

Duration is to be determined but 8-12 weeks seem likely.

 

If anyone has any suggestions or insight, I am open.  I won't be beginning until the MK arrives, which should probably be a week or so from now.

This log won't be starting in earnest until the MK arrives which should be at some point this week. I do love logging my workouts and fleshing out the detail, so here we are..

 

I definitely went all in on Thanksgiving and noticed a solid 5 pound weight gain today vs Wednesday using the same scale. I'm really not too concerned but I think it's worth noting. 

 

Two of my support supplements arrived in the form of Dandelion Extract and Huperzine A, so I began dosing those today as I plan to continue through this cycle. The dandelion in particular intrigues me as I have definitely been carrying some extra water and anything I can do to mitigate this in regards to the MK would be a benefit. It's definitely getting to be full on winter up here in the north so physique is not a huge concern but who doesn't like to look sexy in front of their sexual partners? 

 

As an aside, I am a little unsure about how long to use the Huperzine without switching out, if anyone is knowledgeable in this area, feel free to add insight, for the most part this cycle is outside of my expertise so I am open to all thoughts and concerns..

 

Post Turkey Day, my gym is still closed so I went back to the YMCA. A real steal at only $5 compared to the typical $12 for a day pass lol. 

 

If anyone is really concerned about my previous workouts and whatnot, feel free to check my other log on here in regards to XI-KT. There is one workout that I did not log from the day before Thanksgiving but aside from that my full training over the last couple of months is there.

Still waiting on the MK and with this weekend devoted to crushing some final projects for the semester, I couldn't help myself from paying the local YMCA another $12 beans to get a pump.

 

Definitely nothing too special today but I needed the change of scenery and blood flow, its getting cold and grey up here.

 

On the list of things to watch out for, I noticed a bit of hyperactivity/anxiety from the huperzine a dose yesterday. Nothing ridiculous and only from the first dose but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on that. Overall my mood was a little unbalanced yesterday probably due to phenibut and epic alcohol consumption from Thanksgiving. 

 

The dandelion extract seemed well tolerated though I did have pee an incredible amount in the middle of the night. I had been drinking some low grade beer so not too surprising overall.

All of these questions and many more answered in the pages to follow. Without any further ado, I present:

 

Acerola's MK 677 Expedition 

 

Day 1

 

Was pleasantly surprised to arrive home following a rest day to find a somewhat unexpected delivery from Lockout. In my previous experience they take forever but this shipment came pretty quickly. 

 

My plan is to try to dose the MK in the evening but with bottle in hand and time to train, I said "jango nettys" and promptly downed 2 pills of necroplasm. Placebo is a hell of a drug because I got super jacked.

 

Adding into the mix, I took 1 200mg huperzine a, 800mg green tea and my usual preworkout dose of 1 teaspoon creatinol o phosphate, 1 teaspoon creatine hcl, 1 scoop of lgi fully loaded. I think I neglected to mention that I am still using some of my PCT support supps, namely, DAA , LGI Rehab and Maca Pro. Those will be continuing for another week or two for no particular reason other then I have them on hand already. 

 

Got to the gym with a furious and almost frenetic energy. I suspect its the caffeine overload from green tea extract and fully loaded, was wondering if it was also a GH pulse, ahhhh science.

 

Decided to train legs and definitely went for it. Upping weight and taking no prisoners. If you can't tell, I'm really excited for this log and what this next training phase will offer.

Only potential adverse effect I'm keeping an eye on at the moment is body odor. I am unsure if increased odor could be due to dandelion extract or the fact that I've been drinking basically nightly for the last two weeks. Could be either imo. Will be keeping an eye on it. Nothing outrageous, just a noticeable up tick. To compare, its nothing like what I smelled like on clen/t3.

Honestly, I think I love it. Subtle but potent. I think it really helps to keep my mood balanced, I think I can concentrate better ( most noticable for me with meditation) and I think it helps me to process information and speak more fluidly.

 

I am a very expressive and fairly confident and evenly keeled individual but since using the noopept I've seen my personality enhanced and effectiveness in professional and personal situations increased. 

 

From my perspective, I've only just began to scratch the surface with this stuff but I am planning to continue research for a long time to come.

 

I'm still curious about sublingual dosage. I've only done that a couple of times but usually forgot or don't consider it.

 

Also curious about cycling off... I tend to skip atleast a couple to a few days every week. Typically take between 20-90 mg a day.

What are you taking the Huperzine for?

Glad to hear you vouch for the dandelion, cant believe I haven't tried before but will definitely harvest some fresh roots next spring.

 

The huperzine a is supposed to have potent memory enhancing effects and is also said to synergize with the MK through somastatin inhibition.

Left ankle/midfoot, though vastly improved from a long injury cycle is something I'll be watching for improvements with. Currently I'm training full tilt and its not bothering me, certain mornings maybe slight twinge but I haven't been thinking advil in a bit.

I have friends (lovely hippies) that pick leaf and root during the spring. One, she makes a kickass dandelion wine out of it.

I have friends (lovely hippies) that pick leaf and root during the spring. One, she makes a kickass dandelion wine out of it.

 

My very limited knowledge of the working dynamics makes me think it would probably work with normal GH in a similar fashion but you might want to confirm that. I'm just not sure if running 4-5 or more IUs of Growth would boost levels so high that somastatin inhibition isnt really helpful or a concern. I also don't know if there could be any risks. Again, I'm just far, far, far from knowledgeable about this.

 

Truthfully, I was as intrigued by the nootropic aspects (of huperzine a) as I was by the MK synergy. My current stack is really geared towards overall well being with a definite focus on brain power.

Day 2

 

Wow, I really wasn't expecting this stuff to kick in so quickly and frankly maybe it hasnt (placebo is a hell of a drug) but I must say I have noticed some things already. 

 

Last night, after training, I was able to enter into a super deep meditative state and my mood was extremely positive. I had a super long day and very intense training session but yet still had boundless energy and was able to work on a project for school way later then I otherwise would have expected. I slept easily and without disturbance. 

 

Today I felt absolutely great. Woke up easily, meditated before work and felt great all day. No hunger issues and nothing negative to report at all aside from what I think could turn into some back pumps if I don't add some taurine in. 

 

Training this evening was absolutely furious. Again, not sure if placebo but mentally I felt more "on" then I think I did throughout my entire last cycle of XI-KT. Just this overwhelming drive and desire to crush weight and take no prisoners.

 

If this is the shape of things to come, watch out world, a new titan is being born in fire. 

 

Just as an FYI, I decided to deviate from my original plan and dosed MK in the afternoon before training. I decided I dont want to risk sleep issues as I have mad responsibilities this week. Once I get past Thursday that will be less of a concern.

Day 3  and Day 4 REST

 

Damn, the DOMs really crept up on me. Yesterday was easily the sorest I've been in quite some time. Nothing painful or out of the ordinary as in related to injury, just good old fashioned, grisly soreness post workout. If I had the time, I probably would have trained yesterday but I'm pretty strapped until later on this evening and at that point I'll be wining, dining and 69ing my foxy project member and emergent first lady. 

 

I wanted to note a couple of things. 

 

Though my hunger has increased a little, it has in no way been outrageous and does not at this point seem unmanageable. Definitely may be too early to make that call but I feel its important to note.

 

I have not noticed any excessive bloating as of yet but have been greeted with distinct fullness. I definitely look a bit bigger all around and I kind of think my waist is (continuing) to shrink. Pants that were loose at the end of my last cycle/pct now fit almost cartoonishly big. I would say the change has been pretty consistent and does not seem to be negatively impacted by MK at all. I'm hoping in a few weeks time I'll have a better sense of how this may or may not be affecting fat loss and body comp. For now, it seems only positive and as an FYI I am in no way cutting carbs. 

 

My mood has been very stable and I would even say a bit boosted. Today will be a real test though. I'm working on 4-5 hours sleep and have to deliver an hour and 30 minute presentation with previously mentioned project team mate. Will definitely report back on how I fair but I was pleasantly surprised to wake up after another brutally long day yesterday with plenty of pep in my step pitching a rocket launcher in my boxer briefs.

 

 

I think I forgot to mention I dropped some Tong Kat Ali into the mix. I've had it laying around for a bit so I figured I'd experiment for a bit. I am really only using this for aphrodisiac sexual magic purposes. My sexual mojo stack is pretty dedicated at present with LGI Rehab, MacaPro, TongKat and occasional Cialis making me harder then iron man. 

 

Finally on that sleep piece, I've slept very well so far and have as mentioned, had no issue getting up and being able to function. This morning I woke up out of what I would describe as a very lucid and quite realistic dream. I was very impressed and will only hope this quality increases as time goes on.

Thanks for the support. FWIW, I took some very low grade "before" pictures that I will be adding to this log as soon as I can figure out which image hosting site will work. They are self shot and not the best but I wanted to include them for my own reference because I really feel things are about to take off with this compound.
