Day 5

 

Nice to get back to the weightroom after what's ended up being a pretty ridiculous week of obligations. Got some nice vascularity and pump factors coming through. I've never had veins that ran from my delts, through my bis and into my forearms but I do now. During my Yates Rows' today my forearms were absolutely lit up with thick veins. I started to see this at the end of my XI cycle but this is definitely an improvement on where I was a week ago. I suppose my cialis dosing could have something to do with noticing that but I've been dabbling with the cia for quite some time so I am more inclined to view that as a positive MK factor. Same goes for the nice fullness and pump I've been noticing around training. 

 

I've been sleeping very, very well and seem to be waking up with tons of energy and no hangover/grogginess.

 

Weight is at 224 at the moment.

Day 6

 

Definitely noticing increased fullness, muscle density and pump. My whole upper body was rock solid during this mornings training session. I've also been noticing the hand numbness and tingling. This first became apparent while meditating. My hands frequently fall asleep in meditiation but its been much more pronounced. Have also woke up with completely numbed finger tips. 

 

My weight was back down to 222. It's been yoyoing back and forth this week +/- 2 pounds or so. I thought it might be up because I ate some decadent chinese and drank some heavy IPAs last night.

 

Worked a pretty intense shoulder session this morning with very short rest periods and a very focused energy. I have been able to continue my usual fasted training sessions. I was a little concerned the MK might make that more challenging but have not seen that yet.

 

Also, the hunger aspect continues to be way less pronounced then I was worried about .

Day 6.2

 

When I have the time and energy, I love hitting 2 a days. As it worked out, after my first session, I went to get some lunch and take a nature stroll with my new goddess and upon returning, I couldn't help but want to crush a pump session. Good thing I did, because that rock solid swole look is definitely suiting me. I definitely don't think my arms have ever been so dense in my life. I feel like MK plus a cycle would be devastatingly painful in the pump regard. I've definitely been pleasantly surprised. 

 

I don't think I've ever looked bigger before in my life. I definitely still want to attack the fat at the midsection but for not tracking macros, eating pretty much what I want and not using any fat burners, I am definitely impressed with where I've gotten. I'm definitely feeling like this compound just might produce the recomptastic results I was hoping for. 

 

As an FYI, I would say I am holding a bit more water today. Not outrageous but noted. I'm sure my super sweet chinese and beer last night have a good deal to do with that.

Day 7

 

Recovery benefits are definitely becoming more apparent. Not related to MK at all, I managed roughly 4 hours of sleep last night and woke up as if I was fully rested without a hint of exhaustion. Really, really impressive given what was going down interpersonally last night.

 

Also, while working legs today. I just felt like I could go on and on. Even once I was finished with my routine, I felt like I was just getting started. I didnt go overly heavy or anything but I definitely feel intraset and overall recovery are boosted. I would almost say my mobility/flexibility is improving also. 

 

Another way for me to see these benefits is in how unsore my bad ankle/foot felt today. Especially given the fact that I ran even just a little bit yesterday, I was somewhat expecting pain but instead felt boosted and extra mobile. Relief from that injury would be a godsend and worth the price of admission in and of itself

Most definitely feeling the vibes today. 

 

Nothing too pressing to report in regards to the MK. It seems to be working as advertised.

 

FWIW, DAA/MacaPro/LGI Rehab are all being phased out and will end or have ended already.

 

I'm switching in Finaflex Stimul8 as my next preworkout mainly just so I can take a break from Noopept.

I've actually stuck to PreWorkout/Mid Day for the most part. I can definitely see this supporting extra strength/volume work. The bloat with dandelion extract is more like fullness and the hunger has not been an issue for me. A week in, I've excited to see where this will go.

Day 9

 

Snack Attack hit me like WOAH last night. Truthfully I blame the medical grade Super Skunk more then anything else but I'm sure MK could have played a contributing factor. I was craving sugar and crushed an entire Ben and Jerrys tub. Oh my days!

 

Made up for it this morning with a quick and dirty chest session. Recovery continues to impress me. I feel like I'm definitely seeing increased ability to put the hurt on and strength seems in no way stalling.

 

Will be planning to do another pump/core/cardio session later as I believe my schedule will allow for.. 

 

Overall I'm feeling great but my left elbow has been a little sore. Will be keeping an eye on that as I would like to continue to push strength gains.

I'm definitely starting to notice some slight leaning effects. Diet has not been outrageous but has been far from dialed in or cutting orientated. I seem to wake up looking fuller and leaner by the days.. Will take a progress shot at the end of 14 days or so. 

 

Was pressed for time so I couldn't continue my GVT Leg Progression. This workout was random and tweaked. That Stiul8 is pretty powerful imo.

On the leaning out, where have you noticed it most?

 

I can't remember if you stated this or not, but in the beginning of starting mk, did you get the initial bloat that a lot of guys tend to get?

Honestly a lot of the leanness I'm noticing is tied to the increased vascularity. I would say just all over, slightly more definition coming out. Also some massive blue veins. I'm now finally cycled of armistane from the LGI Rehab and am definitely carrying a little more water then I was several days ago, but the inital bloat for me was more like a muscular fullness/density. 

 

I believe Dandelion Extract is helping me in that regard. I've been playing with upping my dosage on that from 6-8 caps and might go to 9 caps a day. I seem to tolerate it well enough.

Easy now, just busting your balls. You should point out increases in strength as well, It'll help readers gauge how well the cycle is going etc, plus we all like seeing new PRs.

I don't really focus on strength but this week saw some nice gains within certain rep ranges on various lifts. Overall, I'm been astounded by the progress through this PCT/Bridge phase. I feel the MK has definitely reinvigorated and continued to  support athleticism, endurance and strength.

I'd say that the mk makes you more alpha male lol. Only joking OP.

Champ don't mind Pat......the guys a freak in the gym. His volume and weight makes my body ache when just reading his logs lol.

Getting any increases in pump as well?

I just like to encourage friendly ball busting, and a little motivation always helps :)

I liked necroplasm, even on a Keto diet I looked massive and swole the whole time, carb-up or not.

Yeah it's a really bloody interesting compound. When I start my cruise in 5-6 weeks, test 250mg a week, I'm gonna try mk again.

It's a subtle effect but I do believe my skin has improved slightly. I feel as if it looks extra moisturized, smooth with yes a bit of a glow/tan effect.

 

The pump effect has been very pronounced.  I've been cycled off cialis for a bit and I can definitely see the MK contributing to rock solid pump/vascularity.

 

I actually just ordered another batch of MK from a different supplier and I am curious to compare..
