So, I've finally made the decision to do a show. The show is in Mid August. I'll be going through a coach for diet and such.
I'll be breaking this all down but for now I start my bulk. Right now I'm around 200lbs and 9.4% body fat. I didn't believe this number but she did a 7 point caliper test and says that I just hold everything in my stomach. Either way we have a pretty good base to start with. I plan to bulk to 220-240.
I will be starting this coming weekend and my supplements will be as followed:
About 500-600 of Test E (Saturday Wednesday)
About 500-600 of deca (Saturday Wednesday)
About 200-300 of trest deca (Saturday Wednesday)
60mg of dbol and androl either all preworkout or split 1am and 1 pre
4-6 ius of growth either all at night or split half am and half pm probably all pm because its ezier 5 days on 2 off
I will be rotating from right glute, left glute, right VG, left VG. Staying away from quads as I fucked my IT band up last time.
Diet for now:
half p28 bagel and half serving of p28 almond butter and peanut butter with 2 scoop protein and banana (7 am)
1 quest bar(915 am)
8 oz grilled chicken and 1-1.5 cups of jasmine rice with 4 oz broccoli (12 pm)
2 100 chobani strawberry yogurt and 2 cups of blueberries (2 pm)
8 oz grilled chicken and 1-1.5 cups of jasmine rice with 4 oz broccoli (prework out 4:14 pm)
During workout (intra work out and carbs about 20mg of bcaas and 40grams of carbs)
Post work shake 2 scoops of protein with a banana
before bed about 12oz of steak and 2 cups of sweet potato
I'll be having additional bcaas throughout the day. I will be posting pics next weekend hopefully. Furthermore I will not be concerned about the weight I'm pushing from week to week. As long as I am getting a pump that's all that matters.
All things consider I don't think my cycle is too crazy. I'll be on 1.5grams of oils and about 800 of orals. I may taper up the oils but if things are looking good I'll just remain at these dosages. I haven't run test higher than 350 before so 500 should be plenty.
Additionally I just went to the doctor and got my bp and its 100/60. I came off Mid September(15th) So when I go back on I'd be off 3 months. No I didn't get bloods.
I plan on a big building year for me. I have no intentions on winning the first show but just getting a feel.

Tuesday: chest and trics 10min cardio
Wednesday: back and bis 10 min cardio
Thurday: shoulders and traps 10 min cardio
Friday: abs maybe calvs 10mins cardio
Saturday: legs and calvs 10 min cardio
Sunday: bis and triceps maybe shoulders 10 min cardio
