As stated I didn't believe this. To be frank I thought I was in the 15-17% but she did the 7 point caliber test and I made her do it twice. So, I can only go based off his analysis. I will say the night prior I had a whole pie with chicken, meatball, garlic and tomatoes,

Well no comments on how pathetic I look so I guess I have a good bases. Yesterday was an off day so just 10 minutes of stair master and some abs total time was about 35 minutes. Weight was around 205 last night. Feeling fat and bloated.

Look big. Lots of mass there but I agree with you, no where near 9% yet. Look good though and you lifts are heavy as hell.

Yesterday was chest and tris. Had a pretty good workout. Chest looked like two volleyballs but they always do. Really trying to activate my tris and put some good size on them. I was around 209 last night.

wasn't feeling good this morning. Woke at like 2:30 from upset stomach think its because of the burgers I made they weren't fully cooked. Called out of work and got some extra rest. Felt better around 11 and decided to do some back and bis.

The workout was intense, the pump was pretty fucken good and the weight is starting to go up.

 

Tbar rows platex15 2 platesx12 3platesx12 4 platesx10 5 platesx10 6 platesx8 7 platesx7. I usually get to 5 for 10 but decided to test out the strength to see if the compounds have kicked in. Shits looking good.

 

Weights up to 210.1. So far so good. I decided to do 30androl/30deca instead of 60/60 and I don't think I'll bump it anytime soon.

Nice base bro. As stated, I Think you are a little higher BF then 10%. I'd guess 12-14%.

We have very similar stats, I'm currently around 213... But can only pull around ~545 tho lol . Looking to get up to 225-230ish by feb.

I'm on day 4 of Dbol and drol at 30/30. Glad you are doing a similar run then me (except you got the growth and dosing oils higher but still.) Curious how we both response. How long you running the orals for? Think I'm just gonna run them 4 weeks and stick with just the oils after.

I have enough for 4 weeks at 30/30 then I can run it another 4 weeks at 30/30 later down the road. Or I could do 60/60 for 4 weeks. Think I'll stick with the lower dosages since I'm on tren and that elevates my liver values so rather just play it safe. Gaining a bunch rn anyway no need to keep stacking.

 

How many days in are you on the oils and orals?

 

And I feel fat as fuck too lol   ... waiting for this tren ace to kick in like whhaaa

I did my second injection yesterday and Orals I've been on since started Saturday. So 5 days so far in total.

Holding steady at 210. Been having some headaches. 3 injections in and 1 weeks of orals so things should start looking good soon.

Got up to 214 but I've been at 212 now last two days. We are 2 weeks in and at the start of the 3rd. Still feeling fat and bloat. No real onset of that on feel. Feeling decent and strong.

Was up to 215 yesterday. Workouts have been on point. While before I was using to just stacking weight on I find myself less concerned about the weight. I could probably do another 10%-15% in weight but I find myself saying nah6I'll just do a drop set. I will say my fuse in the last 36-48 hours has been pretty short. Probably from the androl/dbol but staying at 30/30.

Skin folds are dumb.  bod pod or bust.  

I was "rated" obese going by BMI 2 years ago and had to have use skinfold to get my body fat tested.. lol..  It put me at like 4.8% bodyfat.. Which I am not.

Been having a lot of anxiety lately, not sure why, maybe the deca? Going through some personal/mental issues which I def think the deca is making worst. Then again I don't know. A lot of bullshit in my old gym so I had to remove myself from the place for a while. I'm going to a few different gyms starting this week. Places where I don't know anyone and I can just get my shit done and not hear all this bullshit about people.

 

In other news I saw this massage therapist who specializes in bodybuilders. Going in I was 212 next day I was 209.5. Obviously my weight has been down from anxiety/personal issues but he def help to release a lot of stress and tension. between seeing him and going to different gyms I think I'll be able to steer this back on course.

You said you were stressed and suffering from anxiety, saw a masseuse felt better and then correlated your decreased weight with the massage releasing stress and anxiety.. As if the latter had a physical weight..
Maybe it's just the way you phrased it but that's the way it comes across to me.

idk mentally I haven't been this fucked in a long time. Stress and anxiety has prevented me from eating so my weight has been down 3-4 pounds. Then I saw the guy and he did a lot of deep tissue massage which released a lot of toxins/dead/scar tissue.

 

Draw w/e conclusions you'd like my man.
