Here's one of my older videos for you to get some ideas for some Leg workouts.

Hope this might motivate anyone in a slump...

Exercise--------1RM--------@ Weight
Flat Bench-----395lbs x2---198lbs
Deadlift---------600lbs---- --210lbs
Pull-ups---------52
Pushups--------2020 in 1 set, non-stop, no knees on ground etc, in 2H 8 mins.

For shits and giggles, what are your PRs on your 3 lifts, and at what weight?

At 215lbs at 5'8"

 

My best lifts...I hit 455x1 on bench, 785x1 on squat and 715 x 1 on deadlift. I have an unofficial World Record..however a kid like Jesse Norris for example with similar lifts, hit 820+ on Deadlifts and has the Official World Record.

The difference is..he is "Natural" and I was on alot of gear.

True story.  Kid is a freak.

Maybe he will post up his Inman trap routine that netted him those lumps. Also a great video and one hell of a way to build traps.

Since doing this routine, never looked back. Perfect exercise to build traps!
