
Since my bottles are probably in my mail box and I took this pic yesterday I figured I would get it up for a progress pic. I am mainly concern with power for this run but some size would be nice.

So far I am almost finish with my first week of this 6 week peaking block. Starting off I have the following competition style lifts. 575 squat, 365 bench & 510 Deadlift.
I have completed my first "heavy bench day" of 6x255x5 paused bench and 2x235x15 with accessories. Which went pretty well besides strain my pec a little bit again. I have also completed my first heavy lower body day of 6x405x1 Deadlift and paused squats of 3x275x5 with accessories. Was a rough day due to my hip issue. Today I did my first explosive bench day and will post it up tomorrow with explosive lower body planned for the morning.
